Overall it was a great experience. Tyonna Williams was very helpful through the process. I probably got on her nerves calling so much but she was very nice & helpful. I've had one service call since I've been here, maintenance was quick to respond. I give five starrs for the customer service I received. Thank you Ashford

DO NOT MOVE HERE! The previous management company was great. I had applied and gotten approved back on June of 2020. I called and asked to speak to the young lady who had attended me previously. They said she no longer worked there and that they had changed management. I let them know my situation that I wouldn’t be able to move in and had to cancel. They said everything was good and proceeded on. Everything was good until August came around and I received an email from a debt collector. I called the office for a week and no one would answer. Came here today for a tour at 10am we arrived about 5 minutes prior and waited until after 10:30am and no one showed up. Watching other residents come to the empty office. If You’re going to have a site where people can book themselves tours then At least show up. Very disappointed. Also feel like I’m dodging a bullet, if you all can’t even show up for a tour then I can only imagine the headaches your residents have.

Trash and pot everywhere
Update: the pot holes have been fixed thank God. I will once again address the trash problem on the community wall to see if they will respond. I will say this though, the trash problem has to do with people who don't live here and unfortunately we don't have gates to keep outsiders from coming and filling up the dumpster within 2days of it being emptied.

This people dont even deserve a a star. I went yesterday to drop off my application on working hours waited over an hour nobody showed up or picked up the phone. These people are extremely rude af! You get pay for customer service do your f job!! There are people who are in desperate need of finding a place we are paying for your customer service. Its a shame that business like this exists! The owner needs to hire better people!!!!! How are businesses like this still open! Its a shame. Again you get pay for customer service if u dont like it then find a better fitting job!

I was told my application couldn’t be processed without my bank statements. I was having trouble uploading them so I called Tyonna this morning to see what other options I had. She proceeded to tell me my application was denied to a 2018 eviction not showing until this year... after she clearly stated my application couldn’t be processed without my statements. So I was basically robbed of $50. And found out my credit report clearly states a 2018 eviction,.. not 2021. They will lie. They will rob you. For 900-1000 a month you’d be better off paying a mortgage. Stay away!!!!!

These apartments are not even professional. My mom, and I came on 10/3/2020 for a 2:00 pm appointment, we waited 15 minutes in the parking lot while no one in the Leasing Office even answered the door, or the phone when we tried to call. We rescheduled an appointment today for 9:00 am, and still no one answered the door for our apartment tour, or the phone. Ashford Apartment Homes you guys seriously need to do better.

STAY FAR AWAY PLEASE! This place is a dump! Don't be fooled (like us) by the nice landscaping work that is done at the entrance and leasing office. They do it just to bring you in and make you feel that this is a decent place, IT IS NOT!.
