I really love this neighborhood and how quiet my apartment is. The view of the mountains is amazing! The year-round heated pool and hot tub are an added bonus that I didn't realize I needed in my life! No need for a gym membership when you have 24-hour access to your own fitness center and top-of-the-line equipment.
From dramatic 9-foot ceilings to stand-up glass showers, the apartments at Capstone are far from standard. Swim when the rest of Denver can't with a heated pool and spa that take "resort-style" to the next level. Capstone is adjacent to the Denver Tech Center and the Dry Creek Light Rail Station is just a 1/2 block away on a covered pedestrian sky bridge.

From the day that I toured a year ago to ending my lease today, Capstone at Vallagio has been absolutely amazing! My apartment was clean, spacious, and never required maintenance. The community was also very clean, quiet, and friendly. The staff is great! They were especially helpful today in helping me understand my lease terms. Unfortunately, I have to leave because my student loans aren’t able to cover rent anymore, but I will definitely be back!

How to upgrade the appliances and carpet of rental apartments and charge the renters wrongfully can be learned from Capstone at Vallagio!
Step 1: Give a scratched and damaged glass stove top to the new residents and tell them everything is okay with it. (Pics attached in this post from 11/27/2018 during the move-in and from 05/01/2020 after the move-out.)
Step 2: Switch to virtual move-out under the pretense of Covid-19 so that they can apply any fees to upgrade their apartments and charge the residents for it.
Step 3: Send out a move-out statement with $180 for power scrubbing the wooden flooring
