I absolutely love living here - the location, staff, layout, and amenities are all amazing. However, I can’t give a full 5 star review because of the smoking problem. One of the reasons I chose this complex was because they have a “strictly enforced” no smoking policy, but that is most definitely not the case. I live in building 10063 and there are several smokers in this building alone - if I have my windows open, the smell of smoke fills my entire apartment and lingers for several hours. I’m giving this 5-star review for Adam at the front office. Got adult acne? Delinquent children? A relationship on the rocks? Adam can help with it all! Just kidding- he specializes in the leasing aspect of things. I had several troubles with Waterford…but Adam was helpful and empathetic and deserves nothing but extra vacation time and candy, whatever the workplace gives for such helpful people like him.

I’ve had two separate fires in my apartment on the stove and maintenance and leasing do not take it seriously. We were told by the fire department that we are in need of a new stove which clearly means we cannot cook. Leasing is willing to take care of it but gives us no option in the meantime. We were told by both leasing and maintenance to use our microwave to cook all of our meals… wow. Every single fire needs to be reported to the fire department, waterford lone tree is trying to brush things under the rug. The maintenance guy came immediately and told us it was normal wear and tear but

Do not live here. The office staff is completely incompetent. They are rude, inconsiderate and completely unwilling to provide legitimate customer service. Appliance broken? Be ready to wait 2 months for a POSSIBLE solution. Dogs running off-leash in the complex against community rules? They don't care. Prepare for scare-tactic emails regarding other community rules as well. You should also accept that many times you will to be completely ignored and lied to. The staff doesn't know what's in their leases and do not understand, follow or enforce community rules.

Waterford has been a very nice place to live clean and well maintained. From management to maintenance they have taken care of our every need in a very timely fashion. We moved in on the weekend by 10:00 pm Sunday night we were exhausted all I wanted to do was shower and go to bed, had to work the next day. No hot water ugh!! Called the after hours maintenance line Bobby called back immediately and came out and took care of the problem. It was 11:30 at night when the repair was completed. All the while Bobby had a smile on his face. The following day Bobby as well as management checked up on us

This place is a joke. They tow people all the time. If you want friends to visit.. good luck trying to find parking in visitors. When you move out it does not matter how clean your apartment is. They will charge for everything possible to get money from you. I would never recommend this place. Trying to get a response from the office is a joke as well. There was homeless people sleeping in the stairwell at night in the winter in our apartment. You can hear everything. RUN AWAY FAST.

I've loved living here the last few months. The office staff are kind, helpful, and understanding. I realize that maintaining apartments is a difficult task, but the leasing agents and management do their absolute best to meet our needs. The apartments are beautiful, as well— hard to find anything wrong with this community!

Since reactivating my account about eight months ago after a 10 month hiatus, I have only posted three or four times if that. But I feel the very strong need to inform as many people as possible of the following....I would very very strongly advise against doing any amount or level of business with these crooks. If you would like to know the details let me know and I will be happy to share them with you.  Unconscionable is the only word that comes close to properly describing their business practices and toxic cultures among their employees.
