Dining area to the left of the kitchen with wood-style vinyl plank flooring and a ceiling fan. Resident lounge area with couches, television, and a cozy fire place inside the clubhouse. We are now offering in-person visits! Masks are now required to enter our leasing office and inside the common areas of the community.

Affordable older apartments for the area. Close to the freeway. Poor insulation so you’ll hear neighbors and outside activity. Nasty front door draft. Petty crimes so lock your vehicles, and doors at all times. I have even caught someone trying to climb on my balcony. Some parked vehicles haven’t moved for several years. Questionable water piping and HVAC system. Dog mess everywhere even though they have doggy bag stations on several walkways.

The staff have always lacked communication follow through (15 documented failures to follow up since living here). I gave up a year ago in asking for clarification or any type of help from the office. More recently they have also become increasingly unprofessional, and they are not versed in their own systems. I don’t know if it’s lack of training, or if it’s an undesirable workplace for them, but they are not helpful and they are very rude. It’s a headache to deal with any of them and not somewhere I would recommend to living. (P.S. They don’t enforce the no smoking rule. This was one

This property just recently changed property management and replaced everyone in the office. The new office people are not as friendly or helpful. We paid our rent Monday evening and the amount of our rent was taken off of the bank account and then the resident portal continued to say we owed rent! When I went to talk to the new office people on Thursday the 7th to let them know the situation and to ask what we could do they made it seem as if the payment was pending on our side which it wasn't pending it had been completely removed from the bank account. Avery Park is well managed community still with Budget rent options. Management welcomes residents and ready to assist residents with any needs.Maintenance staff is very nice and quick turn around to fix issues.Overall nice community to be a resident of.Specially during COVID times management ensured the safety of residents.Highly recommended!

My wife and I moved in to this facility 2 weeks ago and so far we are very pleased with our experience. The management has done exactly what they said they would do. Khal Shareef has been especially helpful to guide us through the move in process and respond to our questions.
Our unit was clean and there was no issues that needed emergency attention when we moved in. We completed our move-in checklist and turned it in the first week. There were some items that we wanted to have addressed. A few things needed to be repaired and a few things we noted just so management would know it was like that

Really cool place to live. I like the convenience of the neighborhood. Its COVID and Winter so I haven’t been able to take advantage of the amenities yet. Hopefully that will all change soon. I’ve only dealt with Khalid in the office and he has been really great. Maintenance has been really quick to respond and really friendly and always fixes my problems and then checked in with me later to make sure it was fixed.
I have had issues with porch pirates so have your Amazon packages sent to a safe location. Parking is a real drag. People have like 4 cars for one apartment and if you get home

Do not move here. This place was great until the manager changed about6 months ago. My upstairs neighbors had a fire and all of the smoke from their fireplace came into our apartment. We had to evacuate and weren't able to come back in for days. Everything we own reeks of smoke. Here is a picture of the smoke damage on the ceiling. Management told me "the upstairs fireplace is working properly" and refuses to do anything about it.

I am not sure whether I will share this negative feedback for front office staffs in Englewood or quality of the apartment I am staying but believe me this is the worst ever experience I have in my life (I've stayed in at least 10 different apartments in UK, US & India). These guys really don’t know how to run the business.
I’ve reported emergency water leakage around 21st Nov and after repeated chase up nothing had happened till 29th Nov. I’ve been told they have fixed the issue (some underground water leakage was happening) but no cure. Attaching some snaps which I’ve captured few mins
