During the time I’ve lived in Deer park, I’ve had the same issues over and over again RODENTS in the roof of my apartment. I’ve informed the office about this many times and was told that they’ll try but couldn’t make no guarantees that they could get rid of them. This situation is ridiculous and plain disrespectful.

Renters Beware!! During my move out inspection, I was charged inaccurate fees for normal wear and tear to my kitchen countertop and the cost of advertising to mitigate damages by Deer Park management. I appealed the charges with their law offices and won. Here’s my story:
I lived here for 4 years and after buying a home, I moved out in August 2019. During my move out inspection, property manager Lisa Malloy-Chase informed me that she found a couple of scuff marks on my kitchen countertop and would be charging me $369.00 to replace the entire countertop. I was shocked! The scratches were so small

Let me just say if you looking for a nice area close to stores, a community that is clean and well maintained, and a staff that truly cares in every possible way; Deer Park is where you need to be. One of the greatest people that you ever want to meet that helps make all this possible was my leasing consultant KiKi Nammuli, she definitely knows this community and Loves it with a passion and will go above and beyond to make sure you do too. I've lived in Deer Park going on a year now. First of all, Ms. Lisa the property manager is amazing. Her customer service is exceptional! I will be leaving if she leaves this property. Whatever you need that's with in reason, she will try to find a way to help you with that. location is great. My building is quiet. For the price, I would say this is one of Randallstown best kept secret. Lawrence the maintenance technician came to my apartment and made sure to clean-up after himself, updated me on his progress and was so courteous.
