Brenbrook

We have been residents at Brenbrook Apartments for over ten years. The amenities are great and they are continuously updating units. The upgrade in security doors are awesome. The new Property Manager Ms. Shepard appears to be extremely professional and seems to value customer satisfaction. I have found our interactions pleasant and responsive. Highly recommend this property.

The wonderful ladies were very helpful with every step it took to get me a place in Brenbrook Apartments. I had only a couple of days to find a place to live and was worried that it wasn’t enough time for me to find a place that was nice, and I found not just a place I found a HOME. I strongly recommend this place to anyone looking, I appreciate your kindness ladies in the office. Thank you ;)

Ashley made me feel like I was back at home with my family. Customer service was phenomenal, you can definitely rely on her to attend to your needs.

So far living here as been okay with the exception of this pandemic. My car was towed on Easter Sunday at the decision of management because I forgot to put my permit in my car. Now I understand during normal circumstances that this is a reason to tow but where is the grace? Income is literally hanging in the balance for many and to tow at a time like this for something so petty is disgusting. Residents are constantly getting emails about the importance of paying rent (how important $1 of rent actually is for ex) during this pandemic but you aren’t making it any easier. Great place to live. A quiet comfy neighborhood. I love my apartment and all of the fabulous upgrades.

The work that the maintenance men did in my apartment was very acceptable.. Every time I put in a report Niko and Steve(maintenance) were there. They handled business quickly and quietly.. they are amazing

I’ve never lived here but any company that relies on fake ratings is not one I would rent from.

I absolutely love living here. Everyone in the office is super nice and the maintenance guys are quick! I know pool season is over, but it's always my favorite part of the year, the new furniture is very modern.
