The rodent problem is extremely ridiculous and only having pest control once per week. I have been hospitalized a few times during my tenure because of this. My phobia of mice is extensive, therefore, between being in the hospital or having to stay in a hotel until exterminators come is inconvenient. I pay my rent on time every month and they continually raise my rent with no deals or breaks. The building is dirty to include the laundry room where I have to launder elsewhere or clean the laundry room prior to using the machines. My building look like the projects, just more expensive.

My problem is that I've been in my apartment for a year and had this Ivy wall put up so that I can have a little privacy when on my balcony. I'm one the bottom floor. No one said anything until a new resident manager came and covid has allowed them to remove residents. I'm asking why now do it needs to be removed. Cars park directly 50ft from balcony and the lights will be directly in my window. I've driven around to see what residence have on their balcony that shouldn't be allowed. I was told the patio furniture and flowers (Ivy is a flower). Just wondering why now do i have to take it down,

I have been living in my Apartment Since April 27 2016. They Have Some New People working In The Rental Office. Some are Unprofessional. Yesterday they called Regarding the same thing as last year regarding my Rental Insurance has Expired. I told them No It's Not. You People called me last year at the same time, with an attitude- Regarding My Rental Insurance . Same as last Year I Called My Rental Insurance Company .They Said Your Insurance Is Still Active. Just Like last Year- . And Emailed me a Copy of it- I Sent the Email to the Rental office. It Is Showing My Rental Insurance Doesn't Expire

My husband and I love this apartment complex. We met, got married in, and lived in our first apartment for nine years. We moved away for a number of years and recently moved back when we retired. The office staff and maintenance are friendly, helpful and have always served us well. The apartments and grounds are well kept, quiet, and offer nice views. You will love the space you have for the price. Especially the kitchens. You keep your part of the deal and they will keep theirs. I highly recommend this place. I gave them four stars only because nothing is perfect.

The assistant manager is very rude and unprofessional. We have been living in the apartment for the past 4 years. We were planning a birthday party for my daughter. I went to the apartment office the Monday before the birthday weekend to notify them that we would be putting up a tent at the front of our apartment and Ms Janet told me that we were allowed to put the tent at the grilling area. The tent rental put up the tent at the left side of my apartment building, because I thought that was the grilling area and a couple of neighbors have put up tents for cook out on that side of the apartment

I absolutely love this community. The neighbors are very friendly, and the staff is wonderful! I love the size of my apartment. For the price of the rent here, there should be washers and dryers in each unit vs having to share among 12 units in a building and water should be included in the rent as well.

Janet Thompson is unprofessional, ignorant, and disappointing. The managers from Apartment services are in cahoots with each other. Janet approved us to move into an apartment today, but the property managers from our former apartment said something to make her change her mind about renting to us. Also, Janet herself told my mother she needed to do a transfer and gave her the instructions. She was all nice on the phone yesterday, and then when my mother called this morning, Janet said little and left the conversation. My mother has been working hard to move our family into a better apartment for
