I have had nothing but great experiences while at burwick! The apartments are clean, Chuck & the maintenance group have always completed tasks needed in a timely fashion, the women in the office have always been helpful and the residents are friendly. Never had an issue!

I have lived here for over a year and 1/2, I am very happy with the entire rental experience. If I email a maintenance problem, Chuck is always the one to come immediately! He is friendly, respectful and very knowledgeable with any problem I have faced. I have only had a few but Chuck always follows through to make sure the problem is fixed in a timely manner. I highly recommend Burwick Farms to anyone looking for a nice good size apartment that you can make feel like your home!💕

My boyfriend recently moved here and we’ve had nothing but good experiences here so far. Maintenance is super responsive and reliable and Chuck has helped us with a few problems already. He & his team are always respectful and manage to address and fix our problems immediately and accurately while making us laugh in the process! They also did a wonderful job cleaning it before he moved in and seeing the unit in person immediately put to rest some of the rumors we’ve heard about this place. Appliances could be updated, but, you get what you pay for and everything works so it’s still 5 stars

I really have enjoyed living here. It’s walking distance to shopping and downtown. The property manager Shawn is very friendly and has always been there. I highly recommend Burwick.

I loved living here, not only are the apartments nice inside and out but every interaction ive had with management or maintenance, specifically Charles Phipps, has been pleasant from start to finish. Honestly, hes made the whole experience 10x better and im constantly suggesting to people to move there solely because of him and how responsive and caring he is about any issues you have. If im ever back in michigan you can bet ill be moving back here!

Burwick farms is by far one of the most friendly communities I come in contact with. Shawn, the property manager really makes the property glow with a fantastic attitude and an at home vibe.

I have been a resident for 4 years now and I absolutely love my place.I have a beautiful garden every year thati love to show off. Decorating my patio has been a lot of fun.,I love sitting out there and watching all the wildlife.Office staff are always quick to respond to any issue large or small..Having a nice clean pool/ fitness center is a huge bonus...

Update: they called me WHILE MAINTENANCE WAS STANDING IN MY BEDROOM uninvited. And I no longer live at Burwick because of this issue, because I was terrified to fall asleep in my own bedroom. "We don't enter any apartment without permission." That is a lie. I get one phone call after they're already in my apartment. This has happened on multiple occasions, where I will be asleep, get one phone call and then they will show up anyways, WITHOUT PERMISSION. These people need to be sued.

They need to fix appliances in a timely manner. I know people who have been without a washer for almost two months. They keep calling maintenance and they say they will be out to fix it and then they never show up.

I want to start by saying thank you to Beth in the leasing office for being absolutely amazing today. She definitely is a great asset to the company. After leaving one of the most uncomfortable appointments I had at a neighboring community she made me feel less stressed and comfortable.

The apartments are beautiful. If I didn't have to get the stamp of approval from my S/O I would have signed for an apartment right then and there. She was honest, respectful and generally pleasant to work with.
