Services
I have lived at Brighton Glens for several years a couple different times. The location is amazing, management team is on top of any needs or repairs, very quiet atmosphere and considering the rising cost of living these days, the value is pretty good as well. I wish they could put in a few more parking spots and offer in-unit laundry.

Great property management and maintenance team. Easy to work with regarding repairs and open to concerns regarding property improvements. Renovated units are very nice. Great location and park like setting.

We lived here for a year in an upgraded one bedroom unit. Here are some pros and cons.
Pros:
1. Very good location. Walking distance to downtown. Neighbors are all very nice and never have to worry about safety issues.
2. The walls are thick and pretty sound proof. You can hardly hear your neighbors and they can’t hear you much either.
3. Maintenance team is very friendly and prompt and usually come in within 1-2 business days after request.
4. The upgraded unit has pretty good appliances. We had brand new dish washer, induction stove and fridge.
Cons:
1. The property company is kind of

Brighton Glens is a nice community to live in as it is close to downtown but still a bit secluded from the main roads. The management has been responsive to our concerns. For the price, it would be nice if laundry were included in the apartment or if it did not have additional pet fees.

Brighton Glens is a beautiful little nook of apartment complexes. The trees in the area are huge and offer lots of shade and homes for small wildlife.
The downtown Brighton area is about a mile away and easy to walk to during all the summer fairs.
The neighborhood is very safe and I never feel unsafe walking my dog. I do wish there were more sidewalks and street lamps as it gets very dark at night.
We have a two bedroom on the ground floor. We have a patio on which we like to enjoy the weather and the open floor plans give lots of space. Props to management and maintenance for always getting

Brighton Glens is overall a decent place to live. I currently live here, and I have nice neighbors. It’s a peaceful place and I absolutely love my apartment. This apartment a safe community with a reasonable cost for living. It’s located in a nice area, very close to downtown, I-96 and highway 23. We had several minor maintenance issues and management was always quick to respond (almost always next-day). Staff is very friendly.

They enter when they want when you are not home. Never leaving a notice.
They say you pay for security but the exterior door does not lock.
They say they will fix it... and never do.
You pay way too much for rent.
You call Friedman and your issues don’t get resolved. But they still expect you to pay the rent anyway.

The area is nice, clean, and well-kept. Very dog friendly. 5 minutes from downtown Brighton.
However, my neighbors smoke like a chimney and the odor comes into my apartment. Very frustrating.

Very good place to live. If there is any problem with the unit, just call the office and they will send a person to fix the issue. William is great at fixing almost anything in the unit, from AC, electricity, furnace and anything else. He is super fast too! Thank you William!

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Management is rude. You get a nice view of the cemetery. Dead bird on my deck. Really expensive. I am a college student and was needing a 4 month lease for an internship. I moved in September 9 and moved out December 31. (4 months). My deposit was not returned as I was told that September's rent was pro-rated and was not part of the 4 month lease and so I was charged a move out early fee. Management was aware of my situation at the lease signing and led me to believe September was part of the 4 months. They dont deal with any conflicts (fees or charges after move out). They said
