I stopped in. I stopped in unannounced and she welcomed me, told me about the property, amenities and took me on a tour. I appreciate her professionalism, care and courtesy! She also introduced me to the resident Sandhill Crane family and little "Wilson".I like the location (close to everything) and even though it's close to the expressway, it was very peaceful.

My fiancé and I moved to Brighton cove about 6 months ago and we love it! It’s walking distance to downtown and a nearby gym! Shayna the manager is absolutely amazing, she was so helpful with our move in process. The community is very friendly and always clean. The upgrades are beautiful and the laundry facility is top notch! You feel like you are at a laundromat.

Stay as far away from Friedman properties as you can. Stairs caving in. The use caution tape as a fix. Units that arent updated get a upcharge in rent every year they renew. Hot water has gone out many times. The hvac units are old and cost you an arm and a leg to operate. The complex does nothing to protect your belongings or security and requires you to have rental insurance for that exact reason. The doors are all busted throughout the complex easy to break into. They'll have solicitors at your doors all hours of the day and when you call the office they say they asked them to leave and that

My fiance lived in these apartments for 10 years. When he originally moved in, the unit he moved into was not updated he accepted it as is, with the exception of a fresh coat of paint because he and his daughter needed a place to live and could not wait for them to tear out the old carpet from the previous tenant and move in .

Been here about 2 years. It's a nice community. Love that there is a laundry facility on site. The pool is nice. Maintenance has been really good on fixing things on time. All the staff has been great since we started living here. They do community events and hand out newsletters every month. Love that they offer online payments and maintenance work orders. Great place to start out in, if you are looking for a nice place to live.

Tina, the office manager, is the biggest overgrown child I've ever met in life. She has no capacity whatsoever to put her personal feeling to the side and deal with issues in a proffesional manner. The person that commented on being treated poorly after complaining is 100% correct.
After moving out, my mail was "returned to sender" by managment instead of sending it to me, or calling and telling me I could pick it up. Low noise level, and safe environment. Maintenance is quick to respond, however it did take 4 times for them to fix a leak in the kitchen. The apartments are slightly over-priced and the rent increase is steep, however that is common in all apartment buildings. I live on the third floor and the ac unit was able to keep the apartment cool during the summers. The stairwells and community hallways need to be cleaned more. There has been a sauce spot on the floor for months and the walls in the hallways need to be cleaned. The office staff are nice. For an apartment, it was a good overall experience

I’m so glad to moved out of this place. The management is a joke I would agreed with other reviewers about them. They so not investigated before they sent out a letter to you. Assume you have people residential in your apartment. They always found a reason to cause you a problem. Leave the residents alone. But when it come to fix problem in your apartment. Yes they can ignored you for weeks. No following up on your problem. Dish washer never clean dishes it’s left all white mark on it. My ac broke down in July. Took them 3 weeks to get it fixed. This place is a nightmare
