This is the best place to live!!! My family and I lived here for two years. The management and maintenance staff are exceptional. They make you feel at home and welcomed. If we didn’t have to move out of state we would have stayed longer. I have never had a place that tends to your very need with such efficiency and care. We absolutely loved our time here and it’s all because of the staff Suzanne and Bev they are absolutely the best of the best. Thank you for making our stay there so wonderful!!!!

I lived in the Westbrook apartments for 2 years and I really enjoyed my time there. I can honestly say that I am a bit picky and probably bugged management more than most tenants but they (mainly Suzanne) were always professional and great to work with. I also want to say that Bev (Maintenance Director) was incredibly helpful, always coming over quickly and making sure everything was up to par with what I hoped for. She went above and beyond more times than I can count. If it had been closer to work I would have stayed. With the pool, gym, staff and great location, Westbook Apartments were a wonderful

I lived in Westbrook for 2 years and it was a fantastic experience!! The staff is very friendly, and they do a very good job creating an environment that makes you feel welcome and at home. Everyone there agrees that the maintenance is very prompt and helpful, but I never had to call them which speaks volumes to the quality of everything there. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking in the area.

I've lived here for two years and I love it. You can't beat the price for the amount of space and location. Service requests are completed promptly, and grounds are well maintained. My dog and I feel very loved and supported by everyone that works here, they have become like family. I can get to work in downtown Ann Arbor in less than 20 minutes, but still get the quiet and calm feel of a small town. 5/5 stars, only things that could make it better would be a dog park or onsite boat storage (hint, wink, nudge, Suzanne). All joking aside, I don't see myself leaving anytime soon. I feel so lucky

Later this summer it will be 7 years since I moved into Westbrook after having had a house for 35 years. I love the easy freeway access and how close it is to Ann Arbor, Brighton and South Lyon. The floor plan and all the storage space is great, I especially love the 2 bedroom master bath!! Finally all the staff - Bev, Bonnie, Nathan and Suzanne - are always friendly and try to make your residency here a positive experience and maintenance issues are taken care of on a timely basis. Pet owners are welcomed here unlike other communities. If you're looking for an apartment this would be a great community

I lived here for 2 years (03/2018-03/2020). It’s a very nice property. I lived in unit 611 which was an upgraded unit! It was a very nice 3 bed 2 bath apartment. We didn’t have many maintenance issues and the one that we dud have was our fault. They came out and fixed the issue promptly. I couldn't say enough nice things about the professionalism of each worker there. Suzanne, Bonnie, Beverly and everyone else we encountered were all nice and very professional and personable. Even when the government shutdown affected me they were willing to work with me! I miss this place already

My family and I have lived here for over two years now and we are in no hurry to leave. The maintenance team goes above and beyond and is very prompt. The office staff is one of a kind. They have popsicles in the summertime for the kids in the complex and will always wave when they see you. It feels like family.

Westbrook apartments are amazing! I am going on my third year here and have never had any issues that were not taken care of in a very timely fashion. The community has a "family" feel which is nice for those with children and dogs. It is directly next door to the local police and fire department, so that is a huge bonus if you are looking for safety and security in your residence area. Westbrook frequently hosts resident gatherings to boost moral with the community leaders and your neighbors. They offer annual or month by month leasing. Overall, WONDERFUL place to live! I would highly recommend
