I moved in a month ago and had a few things that I needed maintenance to fix. The head maintenance person, Chris, showed up right on time, was so polite, wore a mask the entire time, and did a spectacular job! He makes a point to fix it right the first time. The complex is quiet, neighbors are respectful, and the admin staff, Katie and Anne, are wonderful. My only complaint is that the outdoor lighting is a little bright but that’s the way most apartments are in the area. Otherwise it’s a Great place to live!

We have been living here for 3+ years. Quiet place close to downtown. Staff is fantastic from Katie, through the cleaning and maintenance staff. Wouldn't recommend it more!

My apartment has had repeat flooding for a month due to foundation problems. Corporate is so penny pinching they only did minor repairs to the gutters and did not send a foundation inspector right away. We have lost our main storage due to the flooding and corporate refuses to reduce the rent or help pay for a storage unit. My advice is to run! Go somewhere that the owners actually care about their tenants and keep the rain out.

Katie in the office was so helpful. She had great follow up. I was looking for a place for my son and his fiancé and Katie not only contacted them, she contacted me with updates as well.

Great Staff! Great location! Lived there more than a few years, just moved out and all I can say is it was a very pleasant experience living there. Would recommend to anyone.

Everyone here is super Friendly. The community is quiet, peaceful, and also pet friendly. That staff are always available to help and are super kind and courteous. There's plenty to do just down the road as well so nothing is too far away.

I lived here for 2 years. Finally was able to get a home. But I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking. Katie and her team is awesome!! Thank you for making our stay here the best it could be for apartment living.

I was waiting more than a week and they didn't give me a specific answer, they told me go fill out a paper and wait for us to communicate and they didn't and they didn't do their job correctly they made me go several times, I'm sorry but I didn't have a good time attention from you I hope you improve your service to new customers thanks

Go check these apartments out if you already haven't! Me and my husband enjoy living there but sadly had to move because of work related. All the staff are amazing especially Katie and Tom the maintenance man was always nice to us. You won't be disappointed :)
