White Pines

6/9/21 UPDATE: The laundry facilities continue to be broken yet they are still charging the residents to use the dryers which they claim are fixed each week...and yet continue to not dry. I truly do think the office staff are doing the best they can, but the management company clearly only cares about collecting a check each month.
The shared laundry facilities have been broken on and off for the past year. The dryers consistently do not dry clothes. When brought up with management they claim it has been fixed, yet the problem continues. This would be frustrating if laundry was free, but since

Cannot recommend moving in right now due to a now 6 month long German Cockroach infestation and constantly broken laundry facilities. Everything else is great, but due to these issues I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I’ve only lived here a month; I Love it so far! Clean, quite, and private, and very safe; not to mention—the convenience of every store you could possibly imagine. What’s not to Love?

We enjoyed our stay at white pines. Management as well as maintenance are really good. Very nice and very professional.

Applied to this apartment and the staff took it upon themselves to change our application causing it to be denied and then charging us for the application fees. Took me weeks to reach someone from corporate to discuss it and then multiple ridiculous phone calls to remedy the situation with corporate. Whether what they did was an accident or manipulative is very hard to tell because of the non ethical way they handled it. I was going to report it to fair house and then she agreed to refund our application fee. There was no reason our application should have been denied had it been processed ethically

I have lived here 2 years and I am very happy with the complex. The maintenance staff is fantastic and they are very prompt to respond to maintenance problems. We rarely hear any of our neighbors. I feel safe here and like I can trust my neighbors. The management is also conscious of making improvements for the grounds and buildings and I like that they keep things looking nice.

I've lived here for 2 years - the longest I've lived at one apartment complex. The office staff is very friendly and helpful, the maintenance staff is friendly and quick to fix things that break. Since I've been here, I've only had to call maintenance 2 times which I think is pretty incredible. The apartments are nice and spacious, new appliances and nice floors. I highly recommend living here! I'm 28, live in a 1 bedroom apartment and have 2 cats. The cats are very happy that I have a balcony for them to get outside and explore.

I would highly recommend White Pines Apartments in Shakopee.
They are located in a very convenient place, close to grocery stores. Apartments have cozy floor plan. Rooms are clean. Office staff is friendly and responsive. Nice gym is a big plus in a bad weather.
If you request to fix anything in your apartment, they do it very fast and qualitatively.
Good place to live!
