Love living here. My husband and I moved here from Arizona and it is wonderful. The apartment building is only around three years old, so everything is in good condition and looks beautiful. We love our apartment and it's lakeview balcony. With the lake just steps away from the apartment building, we really like the quick access to the outdoor activities that we can do. The property is perfect for anyone with a dog, since there is so many trails nearby to walk. The amenities are great. There are two patios overlooking the lake on the property. One of which is on the rooftop with a grill and enough

My wife and I love living here. Building is newer in a great location on Lake Jonathan with easy access to biking/running/hiking trails directly behind us. All within a minute drive you have easy access to groceries, gas, takeout food, etc. Amenities are wonderful with balconies, granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, dishwashers, plus individual heat and A/C where the staff will routinely change the air filter. Garbage disposal was overlooked as a kitchen amenity, but we make do. There's a fitness center, community room on the back of the building with full kitchen, large back community

I went with this apartment and thought it would be a great choice and it was until I accepted a job in another state and had to move out early. Since there was only one month left I decided to keep paying rent here until my lease was done. Everything was communicated on my end and my keys were turned in prior to leaving with the understanding that I would pay the last month and that would be it. Now I am receiving emails and calls that I walked away from my lease early when I didn't. There is no communication on their end and if you do want to leave the lease early you have to pay $3000 and the

Quiet and clean. Well maintained with a friendly attentive staff. Beautiful lake views from back of complex where they not only have a large patio with a few gas grills, but also a rooftop grilling and lounge area. Feels very private and secluded. Quick and easy access to a nature trail that leads to a dock and circles the lake. Great location across from many restaurants and shopping retailers. (Target, Cub, Home Depot, Kwik Trip, Goodwill, Culver's,....to many more to name). Very happy to reside here.
