Me and my family have lived in Clover field market place for a couple of years now, and I’m still amazed with the great job the New management here does for the residents. I had problems with my washing machine and stove and they fixed the problem very quickly. Special thank you to Katie and Bill for your hard work, we really appreciate it all the great work you do for the residents thank you.

My family and I have lived for a couple years and it is a wonderful place to live. Katie is a great manager she is always so friendly and quick to help when you need it. Bill is always so kind and always does his best to help. Our air conditioning wasn’t working and they responded with help right away. The staff here is wonderful!

We have lived at Clover Field for 5 years and have had 4 different office managers. The maintenance guys that worked for the first 2 years were amazing!!!!
The snow removal company that is currently being used is a joke!!!! Don't clear away the ice and snow properly from the parking spaces and terrible job of shoveling.

My wife and I have lived here for seven years. We enjoy it very much. The Management staff are very friendly, and go out of their way to insure our needs as residents are met. I can tell they care about what they do, as management. We love ALL aspects of living here. We highly recommend Cloverfield Market Place.

I called and set up a tour and apt to meet. I arrived fifteen minutes early, no one was there. Waited... then I called their number online and they gave me a number to call. It wasn’t a working number they gave me. Then I called back twice and two people took down my information. Still no contact or anyone there. Leasing office was locked even though it said “open during business hours”. So I was pretty disappointed. Looked like a great location. Not happy with the service though, phone calls I had to make, most of all the inconvenience of driving all the way out to Chaska for a view and
