I haven't yet used them. But I felt obliged to offer this review since the previous reviewer seems to have had a bad experience that was totally opposite what I have found. Very responsive and very clear communication from the company. I like that they are using the standard CA Realtors Association agreement for rental management -- easier to understand and trust understanding of legal terms. So far so good. I will update as needed.

Stayed here for the quirky Bay to Breakers "run" (nobody ran) and have to say this place was kind of cool. It's definitely old school with really great service and a decent location. Price was a tad high for us since we booked the room a little late, but we didn't have many options.
And for some reason, I kept chanting "teenage mutant ninja turtles!" TGN Property Management being the fave of all the turtles.

When Shane was in charge everything was awesome but since this guy Colin took over everything was wrong he is impossible to reach and only return calls after I contacted the owner, after I left the property he sends me a ridiculous statement of expenses to fix the house! He did not have paperwork from the time I took over the house and I didn’t see a penny back from my deposit! Also I haven’t received the receipts of everything he claim he expended after all it was my money what they used to “fix” the house all the reviews from 2 years ago talking about how great is the service are right

Had a few rental properties I didn't have the time to maintain. They were fix and flips, found TGN on the web when I researched:"Los Angeles Property Management". Very informative of what they are doing.
It's pretty neat now to because they have a blog dedicated to everything you need to know about the Los Angeles Property Management industry, from there perspective.

I had a great experience with Shane and TGN property management company. He is a true professional and really knows what he's doing.
He made sure I had all my bases covered and that I wasn't leaving myself open to any frivolous law suits... that really made me feel much safer overall.
