To be fair and not discriminate, exceptions will NOT be considered or made. How do I set up a payment plan during this crisis? We understand the financial hardship some of you face. When will you evict my delinquent tenant? August: Mediation requests were filed for 12 tenants who are 4 or more months delinquent with the Mediation Center of the Pacific (MCP). Due to a date formatting error your account was not properly credited. If Oishi's is making my GE tax payment, can I be provided with a copy of GE form 45 (monthly) and 49 (annual)?

Went to a showing today and lady showing the house was an absolute terror to everyone. Never seen anyone so rude, but with a smile. Kind of like slapping everyone in the face as they walk in. Sorry we all inconvenienced you so much at your job.

What the heck? Had the unit professionally cleaned, wipe the floors one more time waiting for the inspection, the managing agent was over an hour late!, She told me everything was good and if they had any problems they would contact me. It took me two months to get my deposit back, when I received it they had minus additional cleaning without my… knowledge almost. And the cleaning was done a week and a half after I had moved out, and I was charge for items that were already in the unit when I moved in. It seems like a common theme that this company will try to take your deposit by crook

Hey Las Vegas! If you're looking for which review really gives you all of the information you need about this property manager - here you go. We've taken on three properties over the last seven years with Oishi's Property Management and their staff is professional, quick, and courteous; they are easy to work with. But that's not the real reason I've spent 10 percent of a human lifespan handing them a monthly rent check.

Who gives you an emergency number to just have it go to a voicemail? No help there when you need help and have to go looking for numbers for a water emergency. The staff there are unprofessional and sound like they hate their job when you call with a question or a work order. Hello it’s your job to help! If you truly don’t wanna do your line of work get a new damn job!

HORRENDOUS COMPANY. I've done 3 showings, and one was horribly late and the other person just didn't show up. waste of my time. not to mention that they don't even pick-up and if you want an operator on the line, the line automatically hangs up on you. If this company is like this when I don't even live in a rental, I would HATE to be a tenant.

Went for a viewing after Ken wanted to know my net monthly income, know well that my gross income was more than 3 times the rent. Ken kept nagging that I couldn't afford it and asked how I was going to pay for it. I left at an instant. Stay away.

I rent from them.
They're all pretty nice and easy going.
They make sure they take very good care of me.
I especially love that they're excellent with a follow-up call.
The property is spotless and well manicured at all times.
If you need something repaired, they take care of it in lightening speed.
I can appreciate that.

We lived in Oishi rental home for 6+ years. While we loved the house itself and the neighborhood Oishi was an absolute nightmare. We always paid on time and took great care of the house! Simple repairs took SEVERAL calls and it was always a headache dealing with anyone, but especially our property manager Shana was extremely rude and unprofessional.

Our neighbors had absolutely horrible barking dog and the HOA wouldn't listen to us because we were only renters but Oishi was no help at all!

There were several things that never got fixed for MONTHS like our kitchen faucet... The list

Auwe! Thought this was a local Hawaiian owned and Hawaiian values company. Not so. They won't allow video showings via our Hawaiian values Las Vegas realtor to view the property for us, even with a disclaimer. Found out most other property management companies allow this type of viewing and application process for out-of-state renters prior to moving to Las Vegas. I went in to this place a few days ago to get an idea if they might be a Property Management company that I might want to use. The receptionist appeared to be friendly. But when she called who I am guessing was the office manager to come up front to speak to me I was shocked at how rude and unfriendly she was. After about a half minute of very awkward conversation I left.

Throughout my year lease with Oishis I had nothing but issues. I had to have work order issues done 26 times in 12 months. The upkeep of the rentals are horrible. The appliances in my rental hadn't been replaced in 10 years. The dishwasher never worked and they never replaced it. The outlets had some sort of short in them and were replaced 6 times When I finally moved out I received an itemized list of deduction from my security deposit. In that list, I was being charged for all sorts of bogus issues. I can't believe they still continue to operate this way, they have so much negative feedback.

I think that it is a shame that obviously IRRESPONSIBLE tenants are able to slander the reputation of this company. I rented a home from Oishi's for 18 months and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The few times that I had to call them for repairs, they always sent someone right away and followed up afterwards. There was a time when my check got lost in the mail and they worked with me to avoid a late fee due to my otherwise perfect record of paying my rent on time. When I was transferred to another state, I put in my 30 day notice. At the time of my walk through, they assessed the condition

Shana Wilgar Lia Oishi, Jeanne Kaneda are all thieves and liars such dishonest people. Just look at the reviews. They should be shut down. I rented the property with another company. And this company took over my last month I was there. They came and gave me a B. Told me, I was either going to renew my lease and or go month to month. I was happy, because I did not want to have to move. I was an amazing tenant! I paid my next months rent. And the next day was given a 30 day notice. What a scam! To do that to a family. After approximately 14 months renting with Oishi's I left there satisfied and happy. My recommendation to those who are going to rent with them is to be thorough when you report any damages on the lease agreement, communicate when issues come up, pay your rent on time, and be the tenant you would want if this was your business.

My only recommendation to Oishi's is to move to an online payment system, even if they requires a convenience fee for the tenant - this would help out in times where we cannot mail or drop off a check.

People, when you rent a property take pictures of everything like they do!! That way you have proof! I have only one concern, been waiting for my dishwasher to either be fixed or replaced. it is an old dishwasher and they cannot get the part it needs. the guy was here today looking at the refrigerator told me. Ive been waiting a month or longer now, i've been told a certain time frame a couple times with the co. they deal with to fix ...... and ended up waiting hours!! I called Oishi prior about my dishwasher issue and they couldn't even find a w/o on it after they had already been here

STOP. RUN. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE.
Stay away from this company. Both renters and owners/landlords be aware!

Literally the worst property management company to rent from. There were many red flag warnings prior to us moving into the property.
1. They have their tenants watch a homemade video on a laptop in their office, before giving keys to the property about how to change light bulbs, unclog drains and fix things so that you do not contact them. They advise you if you contact them for something you can fix yourself they will charge you for it.

Should have read reviews before I rented. We received a 30 day no cause move out notice because the owner was selling the house. Our lease was up in another month. Would have been nice if they could have worked it out to give me at least till our lease was up so we could find a place to live, move out and clean. And like everyone else is stating after taking days off work to clean and get it back to standard, (we left it pretty much if not better than when we moved in) they pretty much uses our deposit to repaint the whole house and get it ready for the owner to sell.

Stay away! My girlfriend & I got approved for a property that is managed by Oishi. We dropped off the deposit ($1400) We were later contacted by Oishi & notified that they made a mistake on the rent quoted to us. It was more money. I was told by Ashley that we could get a full refund for our deposit if we so chose or still rent the property. I notified Ashley that I would let her know of our decision after my girlfriend & I talked it over. My biggest complaint with Oishi's is the difficulty of getting through their voicemail system and talking to a real human being. We had many questions that didn't fit into any of the categories they have set up. I left messages and never got a return calls. We also went with their recommend cleaning company that is supposedly 100% deposit back guarantee which was quite pricey as a result and didn't even receive our full deposits back. Moving is stressful enough, and we tried to be worry free and follow all the rules but still only got about half of all our deposits back. I would

Do not rent with Oishi’s Property Management in Las Vegas. I am very disappointed with this company. I lived in my rental home for 2 years and took care of the home as if it were my own. We had no pets, as they requested, and our rent was always on time. We were the best tenants they could have asked for. The have lost any future business with us, after the way they treated us on move-out. After moving out, I cleaned the house for 2 weeks scrubbing the bathrooms, deep cleaning the kitchen, painting the walls, professionally cleaning the carpets, professionally cleaning the windows, professionally
