The apartments are nice, but maintenance is awful. Requests are half completed at best. We happen to live next to the maintenance supervisor Alex/Demetri and he regularly piles trash in front of his apartment (pictured below) and stinks the whole building up. It attracts bugs, animals, etc. and he leaves bags of trash out for well over a month to rot in the heat. Sometimes even diapers are thrown on top of the trash heaps.
When the staff doesn’t care enough to follow the rules or keep the place clean and presentable, that says a lot.

This is a very nice place, they listen to you when you say something is broken even if it takes a few tries to fix it. And are very respectful when you say you work from home and to be quiet when they come in.
It's very quiet, and there isn't much noise from neighbors which I think is a plus. Everyone seems quite friendly with a wave here or there.
The clubhouse is beautiful and quiet, and can be accessed whenever so it is perfect for date night or small parties.
They allow animals which was a must from us! And they are so nice to our animals wherever anyone stops by.

This is unfortunate but necessary.
My family and I were given the okay to move out of the complex due to a family issue which we explained to the manager at the time. She explained she understood, and gave us the okay. She eventually resigned as well as the other property manager. 11 months later we have been sent to account service collections with no previous knowledge that this would happen. I spoke to a man named Jeremy whom we never met while living there. He came in the business after we left. Terrible turnover rate in regards to management. This affects mine and my husband’s credit for

I moved in about 5 months ago and I have to say the property and the management team and leasing staff has been the greatest. The maintenance staff works really hard to continue to keep the property and apartments clean and kept up. The new maintenance supervisor Dimitri has been so nice every time I see him and will go out of his way to say hi in passing. Thru out COVID maintenance still pushes hard to complete and work orders I have put in and they update me if there is any delay. I would highly highly recommend this property to my friends and family. I am happy to call this my home.

I have had a great experience with this complex. The ladies in the office are super nice and always respond promptly to any questions or concerns you have. The maintenance guys are great. They know what they are doing and anytime I have reported a problem they have been there to fix it promptly. My stay here so far has been great and I am sure it will continue to be.

Josephine is great to work with. She listened to us on everything we were looking for in an apartment and was very quick with getting us a response on our application. The property is very clean and the apt are spacious and up to date. The management team is always putting on events for the community that are fun and a great way to get to know each other. Great place to live. Wonderful friendly staff. Large dog park which my dog loved. The grounds were always kept in great shape. I felt very safe there at all times as the Johnson Police Department patrolled the complex frequently. There is a Walmart Neighborhood Market approximately 2 miles away as well as gas stations. Easy close access to the interstate. As you can tell I loved living at The Woods.

We love our apartment! It’s in a nice secluded area. The staff have been wonderful! They are always willing to help and make sure our needs have been met. They throw gatherings every month for the residents. They go above and beyond the typical management staff. They make the place feel like a home! Plus, the amenities are amazing!
