I have lived in NW Arkansas for almost 25 years, and have never been treated so badly in my life. I was told on January 10th that my lease would not be renewed,
I was threatened daily because a was late paying my rent that month. I paid the penalties but the ladies in the office do not care about people. I did not know you could evict someone during the Pandemic? The Pandemic affected everyone last year, including myself only getting paid commission in sales, I never got any stimulus money! I didn't expect to get my deposit back, that is fine, but can you believe I got a bill for over $500 So

I've lived at The Links at Springdale for over 3 and 1/2 years now and also worked for Lindsey Construction coming on 3 now. I can not compliment the management and staff enough for always being so kind and quick to fix any problem I have. I will continue living here for quite a few years to come. It's a quite neighborhood and the yards are always kept up and the plants and trees always look so beautiful. Thank you again for giving me a wonderful place to call home!

I’ve been a current resident for about five months and my experience has been great. The other reviews worried me seeing they are pretty bad but, The maintenance men have been always on the ball if you have a complaint, The office women have too. As soon as you put a request in and their office is open, They call you. Everyone has been pretty friendly, I work nights so I never see anyone. When you compare them to other apartments like Turtle Creek they’re perfect I’d say!

Prices are kind of high being a Lindsay property. Also being a Lindsay property you are almost guaranteed to never get your deposit back. The golf course is pretty fun but not so challenging. Still a good way to spend afternoon out in the sun weather permitting. This particular Links in my opinion is the most ghetto I've seen. Great location here with an elementary school right across the street. Also tons of fast food restaurants within just a couple miles. I believe they have 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments available.
