The poorly maintained, cleaned and broken machines. You can see dirty mats, machines, broken machines and ab bench that been broken for years. Never replaced. Gym enhancement paid to this gym is not being used and way over priced compared to other gyms. They are taking advantage of people and charging high gym enhancement fees when other gyms charge $40 bucks semi annual this place charges over $100 bucks. Plus the monthly. This gym is a hazard place. Very not covid friendly. I talked to them about this before they do nothing or think you are lying or crazy.

I canceled my year membership and was told I would get a refund. I sent over the documentation to get a refund. I never got one and they started charging me monthly for a gym membership which I already paid for in full. I need a manager to reach to me because I moved far away and every time I call I get the full mailbox.

I truly did not want to leave such a poor review for this business but I read that others had issues being in contact with the owner about cancelling a membership also. I signed up with premier fitness because I was assured they would remain open throughout the pandemic. Unfortunately for them, cdc closed them down and we were notified via email. So I have not had my membership for even 30 days. I messaged the owner in 12/6/2020 to please cancel my membership. Due to covid and the closure I did not have a need for it any longer. I can't begin to tell you the mind games and scammer strategy that the owner undertakes to keep your money, not cancel your membership when asked all while delaying and delaying. When calling the gym any employee outside of the owner himself will say they're not able to help with any cancelations, only signups. That tells you everything you need to know.

I've been trying to cancel my 3 memberships for the last 3 weeks. First I was told only the owner can do it and he's only there from 10-5. So I went in a couple days later and the owner said he couldn't close my memberships because of some problems at his bank and to come back in a week. Well I came back 10 days later and was told the owner left at 3, but the guy at the desk assured me that he would contact the owner to have him call me. I'm still waiting...

Dirty and too many machines are broken. Owner does nothing to improve. We've tried to speak to the owner/manager on multiple occasions and he doesn't return calls. Also pretty sure there is a camera in the ceiling of the woman's restroom. Finally gave up and canceled our memberships after 3 years. On to a better gym!

Super cheap, open to members 24/7, and equipment is well maintained. I never see or hear from staff because I'm always here on off hours. Very few people come here on weekends or after 8pm. Downside is that the class options are limited but you can't really complain for the price. Not quite as many benefits as Cal Fit offers but it's always open when Cal Fit is not, so not a bad idea to just have this gym if you want somewhere to go anytime you want.

A gym that feels like home, Premier Fitness. I have been coming here for 9 years now. The staff are really nice and friendly. There's a variety of equipment that enable you to get a thorough workout. The membership price is unbeatable. The gym is usually empty with no more than a handful of people there when I go. This allows me to have access to all equipment without any waiting. I once lost my Columbia sweater that had my AirPods inside the pockets here, and the gym owner found it and kept it for me until I went there weeks later! The owners of this place do not care about their members. Even when you try give suggestions on making this gym better the owners do not care. This gym needs to get rid of the old class instructors and replace them with new ones with new routines. One of the Zumba instructors there has the same boring songs/routines over and over. When i had asked him if he had any new songs and dance routines he had an attitude with me. So I recently left this place. Find a better gym folks! Also because I have heard the gym owner will call you and argue with you if you post a negative review about their gym.

The gym is very small, and the machines are packed in close together. It is kept mostly clean, although it is frequently out of paper towels to wipe down machines which can get gross quickly.
The women's locker room barely has enough working bulbs to see and it is honestly creepy in there because if it.
Members need a general talking to about putting things back where they found them because by the time I roll in (11pm and later) the weights are all over the floor.

I called this place and set up a deal over the phone and paid with my credit card, and spoke to a guy named Sammy and he told me that my card would be ready the next day when I went in, and so the next day when I went in. My card wasn't ready. The manager was gone and forget to leave memberships cards for potential new customer's. (not good)
Then when I went back the following day no one had anything ready and couldn't help me:( ... I got really frustrated and left. I was told that when the Manager "Sammy" came back everything would be fine but waited all day for someone to call me. No one ever

They charge you more than what you sign for and they seem not to care about you getting sexually harassed. I wouldn't recommend this gym to anyone. Worst gym ever.

First of all, this place is very small compare to most others fitness center. It says 24 hours, but they have no staffs after their normal business hours(8pm). The location is kind of a bit hidden. So, think about anything can happen to you when you were alone inside. No one can see you and nobody can help. It's pretty scary.
It seems like they are hungry for money. They will try to upgrade your membership in any chances they can get.

This gym is nice and clean and the price is nice. You are able to work out whenever you want. They will provide you with a card to go in after regular hours. There are plenty of machines and areas to weight lift as well as trainers if needed. There is also a new big room for classes that they just put in! Great for dance sessions with DPX!!!or for other classes they offer. There are lockers and a shower if needed.
