We focus on Simple, Hard, Effective, training to improve the general fitness of everyone who walk through our doors.
We imagine a better future for our kids. We know you do too. Together we want what is best for kids and teens. Today's youth are caught between increasingly sedentary lifestyles and earlier and intensive single-sport specialization.

Having Hashimoto’s/hypothyroidism along with being middle aged, I felt it such a struggle to get back on track regarding fitness and weight-loss on my own.
I was up about 25lbs when I joined Results Transformation a few years back hoping to shed quickly as the regime was fast-paced with lots of cardio. In the year I was there, hardly missing workouts, I lost only 4 lbs! Totally defeated I quit, and started Pilates.
Once again, hardly any loss of weight, I quit.

If you want a great work out with a coach that really pushes you to be your best then this is the gym for you! Coach Ryan is fantastic at giving you modifications to fit your personal needs so that you can ALWAYS get in your workout - even if you are dealing with an injury. Another bonus of this gym is that I get to work out with a great bunch of folks that really celebrate everyone’s achievements no matter how big or small!

I've been coming to the Grove Fitness for a year now and I can definitely see the difference in my strength and stamina from Coach Ryan's workouts. He started me off on a weightlifting program to build muscle mass and strength. Once I was comfortable with the weight training, i switched to the CrossFit workouts. I was able to handle the workouts thanks to Ryan's coaching and his techniques. I highly recommend Ryan and the Grove Fitness.

Great work outs and a trainer who cares about your goals and progress towards them. The other members are welcoming and helpful.
There are several WODs planned for each day so you can do a workout that best fits your goals. I wanted to lift but didn’t know where to begin. Coach Ryan answered all my beginner questions, taught me all the technique I needed and I’m seeing progress every week. Love this place!

Ryan coached us through each step on how to lift properly and guided us through push ups. I've never power-lifted before. So it was great to have his corrections on my form. I've always been intimidated by CrossFit, glad I tried it here first. If you want to get stronger then check this place out

I took a 6 week challenge with @mzdivineg and @lindsayj42 and joined @thegrovefitness to strengthen up for a mission trip to Guatemala. For 6 weeks I got my butt kicked, sweated more than I have ever done , and pushed myself to the limit and beyond! Not only am I stronger but I'm in love with cross fit and The Grove family! Thanks Ryan Webb for not putting up with my complaining, the many "I can't do this", waiting for me, often the last one to make it back from running , and upping my weights when I wasn't looking Bring on the construction and house building in Guatemala

A friend of mine suggested doing CrossFit. After years of doing traditional workouts. I decided to give CrossFit a try. I've been doing it about a month now and it's an amazing workout. I can see how it has the contagious effect of becoming a way of life.

Some of the things I like: the CrossFit workout times are flexible (weekdays 5:00am, 8:30am, 12pm, 4pm, 6pm, 7:30pm), plus Saturday morning - there are different rates for however many times a week that works for your schedule. I've been to a few different timeslots and everyone else taking the classes are friendly, and help

I came into CrossFit APS at the lowest point in my life. I hit rock bottom & had already let myself go. I sat with the owner, Ryan Webb to discuss my goals.. at the time I was just looking for support. I just wanted to feel like myself again. I wasn't sure if CrossFit was right for me but I tried it anyway..
All I can say is that I'm forever grateful. If it wasn't for Ryan I'd still be in that dark place. I found the joy in life again through CrossFit. I only wish I had signed up sooner!!

I love this gym. I came in on a holiday, I think Memorial or Labor Day, and we did some workout called MURPH. I thought I was gonna be sore for WEEKS later. I kept hearing people tell me to work it out! The soreness would go away when I conditioned my body

I am completely new to crossfit and was worried about joining Crossfit APS. My perception of Crossfit was that it was for gym rats and those training for "Ninja Warrior," where newcomers like me would not be welcomed. However, I could not have been more wrong. After a month working out at Crossfit APS, I am so happy that I took the leap to try it out.

Ryan, the owner, customizes the toughness of the workouts based on the skill levels of his clients. He does an amazing job of ratcheting up your workouts to make you sweat no matter what your skill level. The environment is laid back, but

Of all the other CrossFit gyms I have tried I have to say this one stands out for me because Coach Ryan takes a vested interest in you in not only the goals you want to accomplish but also sees your potential to strive to the highest level. In addition, the gym atmosphere is filled with so much positive energy that everyday when you go in to workout you always try to do your best.

Love, love this gym and I urge anyone interested in CrossFit to come in and try it out you not only will you have fun working out but you will be amazed on how addicting it becomes.
