Services
This 30 minute class is designed to challenge you using the HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) method. Your heart rate will go up and down throughout class which is taught in our heated room at a temperature of 90 degrees. This class is great for the conditioned athlete and anyone looking for a great full body workout.
Inferno Hot Pilates or IHP combines pilates principles with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) making it an efficient and effective way to burn fat and build muscles. The pilates principles help develop a stronger core and the HIIT keeps you burning calories even after class is over. IHP is a low impact class with many modifications making it suitable for any fitness level from beginner to athlete.
A great compliment to any yang practice that helps restore the healthy range of motion and balance our body needs to stay healthy and prevent injury. Postures are held from 1-5 minutes to target the fascia and ligaments and create openness in the body while challenging the mind to focus on sensations in the body.
Boot Camp is the perfect class to build strength and improve endurance. Classes are high intensity and higher impact than our other class options though modifications make this class accessible to all fitness levels. This fast-paced class will keep challenged the whole time. Burn fat, build muscle and improve your conditioning.

People say the hardest thing about working out is to leave the house. With @switchfitnesseg it’s been effortless to keep showing up. A wide variety of classes, the supportive women community, flexible hours, and most importantly, incredible instructors!! D’Lee❤️, Jamie❤️, Courtney❤️ (Please do come back!!) and Cheleen❤️, thank you all for welcoming me in March and making it plain sailing to go to class(s) everyday. It has become the most reliable stress releaser for me in the past nine months. Thank you for keeping me sane!

I love Switch Fitness. They offer a very wide selection of classes from barre to boot camps to vinyasa. I used to pay close to $200 a month for an online personal trainer. The workout plans I used to get is very similar to the boot camps and other strength training classes that Switch offers for a much lower monthly cost. The instructors are fun to work out with, much better than my garage and my iPad.
The number of class options I can sign up to daily is amazing. I can actually set my week to strength classes like barre, core and or bootcamp on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, low intensity classes

I’ve been a member of Switch Fitness for over 2 years now and I love this fitness studio. The versatility of classes and instructors are awesome. As their name says I can “Switch” it up with a different class every day, but if my schedule only lets me fit in a hot Pilates class 2 days in a row I know I will still get a different work than the day before. Everyone is so friendly and I always feel comfortable doing my level and where I’m at. No judgement!! I cannot say enough good things about Switch Fitness.
