This review is to WARN OF people from dealing with Delta Management LLC.
Everything is wrong here.
I have been a tenant in one of their buildings for several years.
First of all, there's no way to connect with them. They don't pick up the phone. You can call them and leave a message but they never call back. Never respond to emails. Whatever issues happen during your stay there, you are on your own. It's not like they are not there to somehow help you, they on purpose hide from tenants and ignore them in every way possible. So, if you have radiators/fridge/whatever else they are obliged to fix

I was a resident in one of their properties, the Fontaine, for over 17 years, and after all that time never really had to contact the office for anything. Then, when I needed assistance I was ignored. Kathrine is terrible, only answers your calls if you don't need anything and never gets back to you. I wouldn't trust this company for the life of me, and am glad I no longer have to.

RATS!! White collar thieves!!! they charge people a "damage fee" to steal money. Watch out if this company manages your building!!! Before moving in and out make videos , take lots of pictures , have witnesses of the conditions of the elevator because you will be accused of damages that you did not make. And you will never receive a refund. They charged me $500 dollar for some scratches in an elevator -a big big lie- After months of course no repairs or refund. Rats!!!!

These people should be investigated by the state comptroller, department of buildings, agencies who's actually making their way to straighten up those kinda crooks who's walking freely. No knowledge on how to operate their buildings, ripping owners of coop apartments and renters anyway possible they can, stripping coop owners of their titles and taking apartments away from them so they could resell it for much bigger profits, evicting elderly people, sending them to the nursing home facilities. Where is the justice, why is this organization is still active? Grand larceny, money laundering
