I've been living here at Flats on 7th for several years now and it's been great. The maintenance person has been extremely helpful, the people that live here are nice and respectful, and the cost is so much better then the previous place we used to live at. Let's not forget the office workers. They are helpful, extremely nice and great to talk to about anything and everything.

Amazing flat! Everything is near by, the area is really calming and the neighbors are friendly. I had a great time staying here! I rented a two bedroom apartment and enjoyed every min there. The apartment was nice and clean when I arrived, just as much as the neighborhood as it seems like the staff takes really good care of the area. The people at the office were very nice to me. Matthew was an angel and Olivia was always there when I needed her. 5 stars without a second thought. Great place to rent! Highly recommended!

As a new resident in the apartment complex I was thoroughly pleased with the service I got when touring, applying, and becoming a new leaser here at the flats on 7th! This was one of the only renting offices in the area that was easy to get in contact with and Mathew at the front desk always responds in a nice and timely manner! He gave us a lovely tour of an apartment and informed us of all the amenities like the pool, gym, and quick maintenance available for the apartment when needed! I would highly recommend checking out these apartments if you are a first time renter like me because everyone

This is a great, cozy & decent space to live near the Raleigh-Garner area. It is a pet-friendly community and the public library is literally in front of us, so if you enjoy reading books that is a plus! The process was super smooth and extremely helpful when it came to questions about the contract & apartments. Mathew took care of us and still continues to do after move-in day. Thank you Flats on 7th for what you do for your residents.
