I love living at VG, my neighbors are friendly and the management is personable. They are really good about following policies and assisting with any info I need. I couldn’t ask for a better community to live in. I love all the people I’ve met, I’ve had very little issues with my home.
The few issues I had the addressed and resolved timely. I Definitely recommend this place to all -at time renters in the RDU area

I really love Village Green Student Housing. It’s very convenient to the best stores and places in Raleigh. The Staff is very friendly, fun, and upbeat. They host fun, creative events for residents like watching Halloween movies outdoors and Friendsgiving dinner. It’s pet-friendly and exercise-friendly with a dog park, indoor gym, outdoor basketball and volleyball courts. Did I mention the pool? Village Green has a diverse group of students and Staff who care about where they live and are considerate of each other. This is home for serious students working hard to earn that degree.

Everything about this community is so welcoming from the great location to the amazing resident events! Maintenance is always super quick and nice when they stop by. Raven, Nika, and Nayla are the sweetest in the front office and make an effort to make every resident feel comfortable and appreciated! Sequoia goes above and beyond for the events and always gives great energy. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else!

I took my neighbor to the RDU airport today 09/05/21and on my way back home (downtown Raleigh) on 40 I had a flat tire right before exit 297 for Lake Wheeler Rd. I immediately turn my emergency flashlights on and got right off on that exit way. I parked in the parking lot for potential residents visitors parking space and called my friend and told her what had happened. Gave her the address of this apartment complex. She said okay I'll be there ASAP! While I am waiting I meet James one of the maintenance workers at this location and I asked him if he could help. Which he replied to me that he was

My daughter has been living here this semester and we have no complaints. Some of office staff have been a gem to work with and when we had a small issue maintenance was quick to respond and resolve the issue. Utilities being included was for sure a plus and the furniture is updated. Great place to live and affordable!

I have never been so dissatisfied and disappointed with a community. The photos online are nothing like the actual apartment. Upon move in day, the place smelled like urine and I have outstanding maintenance requests from when I moved in that never got fixed. We had a broken oven for over a week and a half and could not cook. The appliances are outdated and half broken. The staff in management are extremely unprofessional and will speak down to you. They take advantage of the fact we are students and don’t read into small fine details. The communication is lacking to say the least. Today I got

Roaches all over the outside and a few inside, even with a clean house. The management is really not that helpful. Maintenance is great and fixed problems pretty quick. There were roommate issues and instead of talking to us first, they just fined us without even speaking about the situation. They fine over little things just to make money. Bedrooms and bathrooms are small, all the same size regardless of the amount of bedrooms which is pretty dumb. They take their time getting back to you. I guess if it's a last option check them out, but definitely look at other places too

I love this place. They just got renovation done recently and it looks amazing. The best part about this apartment community is the staff, the community manger Brandon, he is the best around. Haley has been great when it comes to making sure my account is update. Aaron was welcoming as soon I walked through the doors. Whenever it's time for my 2nd child to look for student housing we are definitely are going to Village Green.

I lived at Village Green for a year during my senior year and am glad I did. The front office staff have always been very helpful and accommodating (especially Hailie) and Morgan the maintenance man is awesome!! Our work orders always got fixed super fast. Didn't have any issues while living here. Probably the biggest perk is the location -- less than a 2min drive to the Farmer's Market and it takes maybe 5 minutes to get downtown if that.

Worst apartment complex to live in. If you like to have random people break into your pool and have huge parties at 2am then this is the best place for you. Also they have no idea what is going on. They put random charges on your account that are incorrect and when you call to get it fixed the front desk says they have no idea what that charge is. Also they charge random fees for move out and move in. They have amenities but don't expect to use them. The shuttle was broken literally 70% of the time even when they got a new one. Also staff are never in the office. They close randomly for "

Just got hit with a huge bill! I was a resident here about three years ago. And I am just now getting notification that I have an outstanding balance for a move out fee which I was not informed about when I first moved in there.. Worst of all, it's new management so they can't help me at all. While speaking with management I was informed that they were just now doing their audit. 3 YEARS AFTER I HAD MOVED OUT!!! Whatever the previous management did or did not do is not my responsibility either! Whatever you do, do not stay here because they WILL hit you with hidden fees once you move

They have horrible accounting records and even after you move out and 3 years later they will send you collections notices for a balance you don't owe. Make sure if you give them any money you keep your records for up to 7 years or they will come after you for carpet cleaning and drip pans. According to the current manager, Brandon, they can come after you for up to 7 years and your "childish" if you have a problem with it. They are willing to do all this over 58$ from 2015. Never once did we receive any communications about this until 3 years later when we have no way to prove anything

My roommates (Sean, Chris, and Gabriel) and I in building 2141 apartment 301 have been suffering because of the AC since September 20.
We sent a lot of emails and we submitted a lot of orders online. Also, I went to the office last week, Linda said that they will fix it as soon as possible.
Today, October 12 at 6:00 P.M I went to the office and they also said we will send someone as soon as possible :|
Now its so hot in the apartment and when you open the window you will smell weed :|

The new management is horrible. They never give you any of your paperwork, they constantly have issues with their phone so they wont answer you. It is a party place, noisy, never enough space to park (even for residents) I had my car crashed by a drunk neighbor... They don't clean the apts before move in date, they charge extra fees at move out, they forget that you paid rent and try to charge you extra, if you forget something like your keys inside your apt, or your parking pass, they will make you leave your wallet or phone because they dont trust you.. It was a horrible experience for me

I have recently signed a lease to live at Village Green and my entire signing process was a breeze. The Village Green leasing manager was super friendly and very helpful when it came to giving the tour, answering all of my questions, and signing the actual lease. I am looking forward to my next year here at Village Green

DO NOT LIVE HERE!! It looks nice from the outside, and for the first few months it was great. After you sign the contract, however, the staff is well aware that you are liable for all future rent payments- including extra charges that are hidden and flasified. I moved in and a neighbor was an avid smoker. I was charged over $100 for the cleanup fee! none of my roommates were smokes so it was a neighbor in an apartment above me. The management threatened to take me to court rather than write off the cost. Also, my rent check went mysteriously missing. As a result, I was charged the 15% late
