Skyhouse is a home to me that lives up to a high standard of many people. The management team ensures the high quality lifestyle by perfecting the amenities and focusing on resident interrelationships through events. SkyHouse Raleigh is a beautiful apartment complex with some of the friendliest and most helpful staff I've seen.
Pros:
I can't understate how wonderful and helpful the frontdesk staff are. Every time I need something they are the friendliest and most helpful bunch of people I know.
The amenities are wonderful. Sitting and reading or working on the rooftop by the firepit is something I enjoy most. Everything is very well maintained and cleaned. Nothing is left out of order.
Cons:
My rent has increased rather significantly since I first moved in (RAM offered lower rates to fill the building

Location-wise, possibly the best option for young working professionals in Raleigh. Great apartments with fantastic views and modern appliances. The best part though is the crew that works here. From the leasing office to the maintenenace crews, they're only a call away. Shoutout to the excellent concierges and special mention for Robert Ocasio who always has a solution for any problem you may have.

I lived at the SkyHouse temporarily during my relocation to the area and had a fantastic experience. The staff is incredibly courteous, responsive and friendly and the folks at the front desk remember your name, greet you with a smile when you walk through the door and genuinely treat you like family. I highly recommend SkyHouse to anyone looking for a top-notch downtown living experience.

Skyhouse has been the best community I have ever lived in! The staff is so friendly, helpful and welcoming. They check in often about what their residents would like to see in the building whether it be amenities or special events. Vivien and Sydney are two people I talk to in the front office regularly and they are always so cheerful and ready to help however they can! I think the community that has been built in the building is one of its' biggest draws outside of the obvious that the building itself is gorgeous and the sky views being amazing. It is so nice to live somewhere where fun events

I was in town 4 months for a project and rented a fully furnished apartment in the building. I was on the 20th floor so it was quite and the view was amazing. The pool, gym, and grilling area are some of the best I have experienced. Vivian, Sidney, and Belle provided outstanding customer service and were extremely helpful in resolving any small issues or answering questions. The building has 24 hour doorman service and to here Justin or Robert always say "welcome home Mr. Hoover" when I would walk in the door always put a smile on my face. The short of it is great place, great people, great location

I have lived at SkyHouse Raleigh for about 4 years. From the leasing office to concierge, to maintenance and housekeeping, the service is consistently excellent. If you want a beautiful apartment, in a beautiful, well-maintained and secure building, look no further. The amenities are top notch. The SkyHouse Team works together to make sure residents and their guests are happy to be here.

I love living here for the obvious reasons that we are in a great area of downtown right next to Moore square and City Market where there are always fun happenings going on like Thursday/Sunday pop-ups and music concerts and always great food. But the best reason to live here is the staff! Every employee here is super friendly, especially the front desk attendants! The front desk attendant Robert is a super star. He always sets aside my packages when he sees me walking my dog so they are up front and ready for me to pick them up at the end of my walk. It's such a small thing but it's huge for me

Possibly the best place I've lived. I spent a year in a corner apartment on the 22nd floor and the view was a constant astonishment that centered and calmed me. Also in the evening I could just look out the window and see where the noise was coming from and then go see what all the fuss was about.
The interior of each apartment I viewed were similarly well decorated and contained very modern kitchen utilities, dark wood floors and floor to ceiling windows. And if anything went wrong with 'anything' the maintenance crew would be there like a shot. There wasn't a single time where someone grumbled

My review is solely based on a tour I just did with Paula today. Please keep in mind I don't live here and it's just my leasing experience.
My partner and I are moving from California and we are visiting Raleigh in September get a better understanding of this city and the apartment communities it offers. We are scheduling our move for December 2020.

There have been some major improvements since my original review. After a year of having all my lease payments on-time, corporate allowed the local team here to remove the lock on my portal payments (and so that is no longer an issue).
Noise issues aren't as constant as they used to be. Management has cracked down on unruly tenants as far as I can tell, and if there is someone blasting loud music at night hours and they refuse to answer the doors for concierge (which unfortunately happens), a quick message to management is usually all that is needed to sort the issue out.

I've been living at skyhouse for little over a month and I love it so far! Neighbors are quiet, great views of dtr, very walkable, safe part of downtown with a lot of fun restaurants, bars, nightlife nearby. The leasing office staff is friendly and helpful, so is the front desk staff. All in all a great experience!

The team at Skyhouse Raleigh are amazing. Cameron, Aubrey and Daniel are professional and very friendly. They are helpful and make it such an easy decision to move into Skyhouse. The location is perfect and the amenities are outstanding. Security personnel make my day. They are friendly and helpful. I am a fan of SkyHouse Raleigh.

Fantastic place to live! Just this past Saturday a resident had a pool party for the entire building! Imagine? All were invited. Was a really great way as a new resident to meet all of my fellow neirbors! Daniel, who is our leasing manager, has been exemplary. Listens to all concerns and gets right on it to fix. I couldn't think of a better building to live in if you want to truly experience down town Raleigh. It's Def not for retired or young family's. It's a hip, cool building with wonderful, friendly tenants. There is a pool on the top deck and top notch gym.

I don't really know what this other review was talking about. I actually live in the Skyhouse and it is great. The entire staff does anything and everything to make sure it feels like you are living in a 5 star hotel. I've had maintenance requests filled and finished the same day as I put them in. Yes, my view is looking at the gorgeous Moore's Square parking deck/Park. The bus stop never bothers anyone. Also, it is $15/month for a parking deck downtown right next to the Skyhouse. It may not be private but it beats paying $5/day parking downtown! Everything is kept very clean and

I moved into Skyhouse a few months ago when it first opened and I have to say how incredibly happy I am to be here. It was certainly worth the wait for the building to be complete. The staff at Skyhouse are incredible friendly, responsive, and proactive. Any issue or question I have are responded to quickly.
The apartments themselves are high-quality with state-of-the-art appliances, REAL hardwood floors, and nice carpeting. While the apartments are not huge, I moved here from DC so I'm use to making use of smaller spaces. The apartments are bigger than they appear and have ample storage

The apartment they took us to see had a view of the parking garage!
The carpets are cheap looking and the bathrooms are also cheap. The shower looked as if it was meant for a jail!
I know that this is a new community, but we had to ask to see the biggest selling point, the roof top pool and patio area!
Oh and if all that wasn't enough on top of the high prices you have to pay 15.00 a month for a PUBLIC parking spot near More square, where all the homeless hang out.
The place still smells like construction.
But hey you could always live on the roof top area.
