This property manager violated our lease agreement, gave no communication that our lease would not be renewed month to month even though this is required by Arizona law, made themselves unavailable for a final walk through, threatened to use our security deposit to make improvements on the house months prior to moving out (which is illegal), took fraudulent deductions from our security deposit, and returned our deposit months late. They refuse to answer calls or emails. They were not responsive when we had urgent issues while staying at our rental. They let their properties fall into disrepair

We had been renting for 2 years and when our lease expired there was zero communication from this company about renewal. We attempted to reach out via email and phone calls and received no response.
We are now month to month which makes matters worse since the homeowner is now the property manager and didn't know about this issue.
I would not recommend All N One Real Estate for any rental or sales business.

Extremely disappointed in Betty Hanson's performance on property management and sale of our home in Tucson, AZ. Still hoping Betty will honor our financial agreement. Betty did not respond to texts, emails, nor phone calls - not only not timely - essentially non responsive period regarding property management issues, nor the sale of our home.
We are out of state owners, who happen to be licensed real estate broker myself/investor for 25+ years. The lack of professional courtesy has been astounding. Should have gone with my gut and pulled the listing when Betty failed to follow up and return multiple
