I was blessed to rent a unit when you all first opened. I think it was back in 2007. I had recently gone through a divorce, on maternity leave, and had no where to go with my 2 kids. For some reason, I was denied. With no where to turn to I went downtown and spoke to the Property Managers. With my long work history, prior landlords statement.(always paid my rent on time) Lol... they took a chance on me and I became a tenant. I was so happy! My unit was brand new! It was a joy living here and I hope when I move back home to Sacramento/Elk Grove to hopefully become a tenant again.

I have been a resident since May 2012. I was originally in building 3 #322. Due to having knee surgery I had to move from the second floor to the first floor, in building 6 #615.
Since I have officially been here eight years, My rent in #615 has been increased three times. The first one $774, $782, $820, now $860. I am on disability for my asthma issues, I receive payments on the 3rd of each month. By the way I have not been late since I have been here at Geneva Pointe Apartments.
I would like an explanation for these increases. Your rent increases are three plus quarters of my SSDI income.

I just happened to just call one day to see if they had a 3 bed room available and they did! I had not heard good reviews about the apartment complex and was told there was a lot of issues with the old management company. As of now the apartment is now under new management and the they have been very helpful and are working really hard to make improvements and adjustments for the apartments and residents. The new manager was very helpful and professional. Pricing is very reasonable and they have a huge park for the kids to play inside of the complex which I thought was awesome. I definitely look

If I could I wouldn't even give this place one star do not come here worse apartment complex ever and they are impossible to get into.its in the get o of elk Grove as well not safe area and the apartments are dumpy looking as well I wouldn't give them a penny.also management is rude as well and doesn't reply back to your email if you have questions. Go somewhere else do not come here worse place in elk Grove ever
