There's so much to say about this apartment complex now that I've been living here with my girlfriend for almost a year since the covid pandemic started. When we first moved here, it started off with a very bad miscommunication between the management staff but it ended up being resolved. However, the apartment was very nice but it seems like several things go wrong every month or so but they always managed to fix it so I can't complain too much. Mariana Cox was very rude and unprofessional, I placed an application on line for a initial deposit of $200 and charging each occupant a credit check fee of $50 each person, what a rip off, nonrefundable after 72 hours. Mariana seem to be too busy for us after I placed the application and seem like she will respond to you when she feels like it. Extremely unprofessional, I don't know why people would even want to live here after an experience like this. Personally I think Mariana needs to be fired, as her people skills is horrible.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It took them several days to get back to me, they never answer the phone or respond to emails. Only at their convenience. On top of the lack of communication if you don’t respond in time they will say you canceled and keep your deposit and not respond. Don’t apply they take your $200 deposit and give you a hard time for no reason.

Made an appointment to see an apartment and showed up 10 minutes early. Not one but TWO of the employees at the leasing office saw me and didn’t acknowledge me at all. We made eye contact several times and I attempted to get help but was ignored. The last young lady there just started locking up the office and started to give a tour to someone who… showed up 2 minutes before me (no exaggeration) without an appointment. I wanted to give 4 1/2 stars as I can't ever say renting is 5 stars. Google doesn't let me do half stars. I lived here for 4 years and I really like here. I'm surprised by some of the reviews here. I'm sorry for their experiences but I haven't had any issues. If it helps anyone, ask for Roxy, or Roxie? She's very sweet and always helpful.

Been living here since August 2015 and loving it! Fitness center is small, but clean. Pools are large and clean. Maintenance is responsive. Community is great- always kids running around. Nearby lakes are great for walking and running. The only negative that I've experienced is that they don't compost.

This place was adequate when we moved in back in 2014. Management changed and they became greedy and corporate. The price to live there also increased so much that it was cheaper to rent a 3 bedroom house. For the price, their grounds were poorly maintained. We had dead shrubs Infront of our building for years. Those tall pointy trees were always riddled in spider webs and the only thing really cared for -most of the time- was the club house/pool. They do have a great pool area. Best one around. As far as everything else goes they should really fire everyone in that office and restructure again

Edit: Forgot to mention the huge problem of COCKROACHES that infested the apartment building next to me on the property. They were coming out of light sockets, ceiling vents, lighting, etc. They are the HUGE Japanese type (like 2 inches long). A few residents in that building moved out after pest control failed to "pest control"
