The front desk staff are the only good thing about this complex. They are always helpful and friendly.
Upper management always seems to have an attitude.
My apartment was absolutely disgusting when I moved in. It was infested with roaches, had paint splatter on the floors (still does even after putting in a request), has areas where the apartment above has had a leaking issue and the paint on my ceiling is pealing (that also wasn't fixed even after I put a request in). I had my hot water heater leak and nearly flood my entire wash room just a few weeks into my lease. Luckily they fixed that issue

I had the pleasure of staying at timbercrest on a short term 6 month lease. The management really goes above and beyond to make sure you are very comfortable and pleased with your stay! Stormy and the office team work diligently around the clock to ensure needs are met and put on amazing events for the residents. Maintenance is always working hard and fast to fix any issues you have. The rent is crazy cheap and you aren’t going to find a better property at their prices. I enjoyed my stay at timbercrest and would highly recommend if you are in the market for an affordable place to live that has

Love living here, it's affordable and any issues I have in my room Maintenance is always able to fix pretty quick. Parking isn't the best for some buildings but there are visitor spots for if I have a friend over. I've only had to speak with management one time about overages and Stormy was able to help explain it to me. Overall a good experience.

Stayed various times through the last few years with my sister who lived here and the positive changes that have happened since then have been countless. The staff in the office is always so courteous and quick to respond to any question or concern she had. Cutest apartments since they upgraded and without a doubt the best bang for the buck in the area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The rent is affordable here. Maintenance does a pretty good job on fixing requests. I don’t suggest living in the 1st floor. You get leaking from the people above you, hear the most noise, and any other problems. There’s not a lot of visitors parking and the gate code for visitors doesn’t work. The gates typically have something wrong with them frequently. Other than that it’s a safe environment and packages are delivered with no problem.

Ok first off I renewed my lease but due to the ongoing bug problem that they never tried to resolve, I subleased my apartment. They sent me paperwork that allowed me to choose the date that I’ll be out. 2 days before my schedule move out Day, the leasing manager “Stormy” comes in my apartment, not even introducing who she is and automatically… starts saying “you’re not supposed to be here, like did you think you renewed your lease?” As I’m trying to explain the situation that she wasn’t aware of, she was constantly talking over me and raising

DO NOT DO IT. On move in day, ALL appliances were broken (its october and NONE of the issues have been resolved). They still charge the full price of rent each month no matter what the circumstances. We have no trim or baseboards, they were failed to put pack on after someone literally snatched them and the paint off the wall. The front desk is… mostly clueless about anything you ask them. Overall: high price for such poor living conditions.
UPDATE: we have been without hot water for FIVE MONTHS and I go to the office every day and they avoid me or walk away.
