Living in Mayfair at Carrollton has been such a Luxurious Experience. The Property Manager, Susie Layman has always gone the extra mile for residents. She along with her staff keep everything nice, clean, beautiful and safe. It's a wonderful feeling to call Mayfair at Carrollton "Home" Thank you, Susie, Walter and Staff

The management is lacking the best employee is the Maintenance man. Our ac broke and he tried to fix it for Immediately. Sadly the property manager harassed me at work about my bus , which I had a parking pass for. Tried to say our dogs were dangerous when another residents dogs got loose. The worst mistake I’ve ever made.

I recently moved in and have been here a few months. I absolutely love this place. Maintenance and office staff are so friendly and responsive to requests. My kids really enjoy being near the greenbelt and having the playground on site. I used to have such a hard time with my packages at my old apartment but the Amazon Locker is amazing. Even during the pandemic they are so supportive and really am glad I chose this place. The office manager Susie is wonderful, she worked with me to do all my paperwork and get everything sorted even when I couldn't come in person.

My husband and I have lived here for just over a year and we love it. It's a bit pricey but you're in a safe area so it's worth the price overall. When we first moved in it was under different management and had it stayed that way we would've left. Now that it is under new management, it's a totally different experience. Mrs. Susie is wonderful and Mr. Walt is very quick to handle any maintenance issues you may have. We enjoy Mayfair!

In Spring 2014, mail was poorly handled . The office would accept your package on one day and won't inform you until the next week. Yes you could track packages but there were occasions when family would send packages as a surprise and that is where timeliness in notification of packages is an issue. Prior leasing office personnel was horrible but the new one is nicer. Took a long time to get repairs completed. Apartment could use some renovations especially for the high price they are asking you to pay. Cheap material in the apartment that break frequently. Residents who have lived there for more

We rented an apartment here for my son who was a student at University of West Georgia. It has been a horrible and costly experience. We have been misinformed over and over again. The people at the front desk are polite if you ever get to talk to them. Usually, you reach a recording and can only leave a message --that they only return if you are someone who might rent. However, they are highly incompetent. If you have a roommate who tells you they signed the lease, make sure you go to the front desk and ask for a copy.
