This place is very quiet and in a nice area. My only complaint is how the leasing office handles their business. Due to a dispute between myself and maintenance (by no fault of my own, as least from my understanding) I was told I would have a discussion with the leasing managers to alleviate the situation. Prior to this, I was told that if we “don’t stop complaining, they will give us a 30 day notice”. They waited until I left the complex, maybe 30 minutes before their office closed, and gave me a 30 day notice with little response as to why. They haven’t said anything since then. I feel

I love living here! Moved here from Texas almost 3 years ago & have been living here ever since. My apartment is beautiful. So is the area. It's quiet here, the staff is great, the grounds always looks wonderful & it's pet friendly. Everything you could ever want is right here! I highly recommend Woodglen Apts as your next home!

It's a Nice place ro live but the Rent is entirely too high for them to be as "OLD" as they are, they dont really come out on time to fix NOTHING but quick to put a note on your Door for the rent when you just a day late. The carpet look new when they show you one but they be old once you've walked on them for about two months ,and water Bugs. If you can afford to live out there for the amout of rent they charge ,you can pay a House note beacause all ya'll doing is paying for the lil upgrade they did which was put in white closet Doors amd windows.

I love this place. The landscaping and feel of the property are amazing. Wendy has done a great job managing it. Not only that, but the apartments are spacious and the price for them is actually less that I would expect for a community like this. I would recommend living here to anyone. I have had friends who have lived here too and they will all tell you the same.

I've just moved here from out of state for a new job, so everything had to be done remotely. I have to say, it's been the easiest and most efficient leasing experience I've had to date. I love Woodglen, it' always so quiet and the staff here is is great! I look forward to exploring Carrollton and staying here for a long time.

On-site agent was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Wrote me off as soon as I mentioned that I was a student and told me they were the “only non-student apartments in Carrollton” (not true!) and that they’d like to keep it that way. I was specifically looking for non-student apartments, but she kept pointing me down the street to the student only apartments. Refused to even give me an application packet because she believed I wouldn’t be able to afford the rent. Can’t imagine how they treat residents if this is how they treat prospects.

We were looking at apartments in Carrollton and were provided a great reference to this community.
After speaking with Wendy about pricing and availability we were directed to speak with the manager Tammy about our emotional support animals ( 2 dogs).
Tammy states that per the attorney that represents the community that they are allowed to charge pet fees and pet deposit to any resident.
This is NOT true and I am not sure what attorney she gained this knowledge from but they should read the federal law that states
“ Emotional Support Animals must have access to apartments with a no-pet policy

My fiance and I had looked all over the area for apartments. We are soon to be married and had high expectations for what we wanted. We don't have a huge income, and apartments tend to be expensive in this area. This place may be "expensive" ($750) but it is worth every penny. You actually get what you pay for here. The home has an actually great layout, everything is newly renovated(floors, walls, fixtures, appliances), the staff is helpful and really responsive, the neighborhood is relatively quiet and we feel safe being outside. It has a nice new tennis court and pool. Maintenance does a great
