I have put off writing this review for 2 years after leaving, but after being a tenant at 2 other apartment complex's I have to say that this place was my favorite. I moved there in 2015 and moved 2020. The ladies in the office makes sure everything is well taken care of. They treat the property as if it's their own. They know you by name, keep the property nice and clean, and hires the perfect help for the property. My favorite is Ms. Heather and although Ms. Amy is a bit loud and seems obnoxious at times, she makes sure anything you ask for, i.e maintenance request, tenant concerns gets fixed

I have lived here for some time because the office team is genuinely caring and
I’m always treated with kindness.
I have a service dog who absolutely adores the team! They always show Hershey love and attention, no matter how busy they are. When it’s after hours, we walk around the office and he will press his little face on the glass door looking for the ladies, because he loves them! 🐶❤️
Maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner . The maintenance staff are professional and work so hard to take care of problems! When it’s an urgent matter like an AC unit… they take

I have lived here for over a year. It's a great community. Quiet, safe, pretty, and convenient to both the highway and town. The office staff is aces and the maintenance staff efficient. Everyone is attentive to resident needs and quick to respond. They accept my packages (I get a LOT of packages) without complaint and keep them safe til I pick them up.

I think that Wildwood gets an unfair rating here on Google. The apartment complex was quiet, at least on my end of the property, and in a good location. The ladies in the office were always helpful and even cut me some slack once or twice when payment issues were actually my fault. I do think the rent increases were a bit extreme, especially considering some of the amenities needed work (car wash station). They also need to replace some of the windows in the units that are filled with mildew. I literally could not see out of two or three of my windows. If the property owners are going to raise

I have lived here for a year now and it seems like everyday something goes wrong and it takes them weeks to fix it. Our water pump burned up and this is the second time. Both times it has taken 3 weeks to fix. We can't hardly wash clothes because water pressure is so low, it won't fill up. We can't take showers. We always see bugs in the apartment. In summer time the pool is always closed because they can't clean it properly. I will not be living here when my lease is up. It's my first apartment, its not a very good experience.

These apartments are trash. The staff is just good awful beside the short lady with glasses shes amazing I wish I knew her name. The bigger hefty lady with glasses is loud as car speakers and I cant stand talking to her. Instead of giving you 3 days notice they put letters on your door the night before they enter your apartment so some reason they make up. Instead of giving you phone calls about an issue they put letters on your door at night. My windows stay wet. They have mold on them. If I even think about drying my clothes the fire alarms go off. I moved out about four months ago. Overall our stay was great with it being a low stress environment. All of my issues exist outside of the individual apartment I resided in. There were no pest issues and the dog park was awesome for my pups.
The only issues are the gates, pet owner negligence, outdated apartments and one rude member of staff. Heather is the best and sold me on the apartment which was both over-priced and lacked features offered by many other locations. Amy on the other hand is flat out rude. All the staff there are awesome but if Amy was the only one in the office I would come
