Disappointing, Disgruntle,
As we enter we could clearly see that the apartment had not been cleaned and noticed an awful smell from the kitchen. We received email that all units would be inspected by August 3, 2021. We now realize that wasn't true. Just Devastating safe away from Carrollton Crossing. They need a zero

This is absolutely the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. They’re highly unprofessional and do not take care of any issues you may have. We pay to live here and we’re treated as if it’s rent free. It’s going on week three since I notified the office about a leak. They came out to the apartment and said they did not detect a leak but clearly it’s a leak! I haven’t been able to stay in my apartment at all. I’m highly disappointed and do not recommend these apartments to anyone unless they would like to live with roaches and constant maintenance issues. A manager stated she would NOT

This is the absolute WORST student apartment to live in of you go to West Georgia. I have lived in apartment complexes in Carrollton but this is by far the worst. I don’t even know where to start ! Since I have moved in there has been nothing but issues and problems !!!!! They have overcharged us almost every month for “overages” but that makes 0 sense being that 2 of our residents are only present about once out of the month in addition to the third only being there at night. If I wanted to commit to paying way over the agreed amount every month I would have moved into one of the newer apts

I don't recommend anyone living here. I've been having problems with the apartment since I moved here in August. Everything was broken and it wasn't clean. I've called about leaks, which I had to do repeatedly because they didn't fix them correctly the first time. They is also a bug problem. They come around ever so often to "spray" pesticide but that does nothing. Also, they have a habit of losing packages and repeatedly asking if the resident is sure they didn't pick them up already and forgot. I'm convinced that they don't care about the residents here.

I have lived here for a few years now and it has not been a terrible journey at all! This apartment complex is a little older so I give it leeway to some of the issues I have had such as plumbing and beaten down items. The staff is always friendly and assist you everything the best they can; they also connect with residents through social media which has been important in these COVID times. I do wish the cap on electricity was a little more especially with not having a full apartment but I appreciate what is covered. For the price, location, and staff, I say this is one of the best complexes in

Living at Carrollton Crossing has been a good experience overall. The rooms are perfect in size and space. I enjoy the environment because it is quiet and fairly kept. The office workers are welcoming especially Zee. She has gone above and beyond with questions and concerns that I have brought to her. I am grateful that I chose Carrollton crossing

Inexpensive place to be, Good for college students who want to live off campus! With a couple friends all in an apt, it could be a very fun experience. Staff communicates very well on calls and email updates as well. Your Own space and not having to share a bathroom is ideal for any body especially any college student.

Unless you can predict the future and know that nothing will happen before your lease is over where you would need to leave early, DON'T MOVE HERE. I lived here for a year when I was going to school at UWG. Everything was fine, and I had intended to live there a while, so I signed another lease for the next year. Time went on and that remained my plan until my grandmother got sick. My family needed me to move home to take care of her. I left school, quit my job in Carrollton, and moved back to Chattanooga. The only thing that remains now of my ties to the city of Carrollton is that lease I

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS MANAGEMENT. My son moved in here last August, and since he was only 19 and a sophomore, I signed on as his "guarantor". Standard lease language (yes, I read through it all!), nothing seemed out of line. We set up his monthly rent payment of $429 as an auto draft, and on any months that he got notice of a utility overage, he would pay that himself. 9 months go by with no late payments, no trouble at the unit, model tenant. The May rent came out of my account as planned, when my son called me last week saying he had received notice that his rent was late and he was
