I have been living here since November 2020 and very much enjoy living here. I've never had any problems here, neighbors are nice, area is nice. The only issue we have here (that honestly is a non-issue) is that the gate is constantly getting broken and fixed, it's honestly not a big deal though. It's a pretty nice place to live, I've never seen any bugs, and if anything breaks maintenance is very quick to fix. Honestly love living here.

I just moved into these apartments less than two weeks ago. And where do I start.... When I applied for the apartment, I was able to view it and fell in love with it. For some reason, they removed my name from that particular apartment and put me on a wait list. The apartment I was given was not cleaned (old hair and dirt was everywhere, not to mention mold in some places). The bathrooms and kitchen weren't clean either. Now, I will admit that I was in a bit of a hurry to move in, but that was only because my initial apartment was all of sudden taken away from me. I accepted the apartment because

This apartment...everything is great except the individual, Lanie Pritchard! She is very unprofessional, extremely impolite, and judgemental ! She’s not helpful to us when we tried to fix part of our apartment for months. She told us as soon as we came to her about it, “is that it?” Or “end of conversation!” . If you want to rent this apartment, great! But the manager , you will not be happy! We need to make a lot of reports on her for a new manager in this facility! I do not lie.

Front entrance will never have a gate as long as there is one lane coming in. I have been in lines out to the main road because 1 car has issues getting thru gate. The only thing you can do at this point is have all cars in line back into traffic on the main road in Villa Rica. I'm surprised the city doesn't shut that entrance down or make them take the gates down completely. Everybody in this apartment complex pays for a gated community. The last 4 years that I've lived in the area and dated someone there the gate has been an issue. Get it together management.

My wife and I took a chance by moving here without even visiting first. And we ended up loving the place! Jassmine the property manager is always very nice and ready to help us with whatever we need. Our kids love the playground and the pool which are always kept clean! I would recommend anyone to come live here. We love it. Oh and our neighbors are very nice as well.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! NOTHING will be done about the drug problem. NOTHING will be done about double parking. NOTHING will be done period, except one office person says to call the courtesy officer, he says to call police, police says it's the apartments responsibility. Most of the time no one is in the office... at paying $1025.00 A month you would think it would be a nice place for a family to have a DECENT home. Well, if DECENT is what your looking for... keep out of this place.
