This is by far the worst company I have ever rented property from. They put zero into the maintenance of their properties so my unit was in terrible condition with numerous problems. The management was highly unreliable and it was often difficult to get a response or help with any issue. The rent is also far too high given the low quality of the buildings and zero renovations. Near the end of my two years as a tenant, there was a water leak that seeped through my bedroom ceiling and dripped onto my mattress completely soaking it, staining it, and ruining it with dirty asbestos water.
