Sheena (the property manager) is unprofessional and rude. My son rents an apartment in the Hyde Park area and he’s been complaining being without a working refrigerator for over a month and she has not reconciled the situation at all. I called on his behalf (because he’s frustrated) and she’s hung the phone up on me. I wasn’t belligerent or disrespectful with her at all. I called her on something she said she would do but when I held her to it, she then tried to lie and place the responsibility on my son. My son has held rent back rent from this apartment rental in the past because of theft

I’ve been with this management for 4 years. I’ve had 3 apartments thus far because I stayed for an upgrade, each year. If it wasn’t for Sheena, the property manager, none of that would have been possible! She always listens carefully to my concerns, and my complaints and takes care of things. If I wanted a unit with more sunlight, she was able to introduce one in a timely matter, before lease renewal. I’ve seen her engage boisterous tenants with grace and maintain a calm posture. I appreciate her professionalism and her productivity. When management takes care of you, you can get comfortable

7220 building is pathetic....roaches and flies everywhere.... They don’t clean on the regular. Unless you call and complain...She hires people off the street. The maintenance man William is very unprofessional and lazy HE DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING except ride around in his truck all day trying to look busy....This place needed NEW MANAGEMENT ASAP

I’ve been at the location on 5424 Cornell since April 2020 and the response when there’s an issue is horrible. Maintenance seen a hole in my bathroom which they said they would fix yet I’ve heard nothing. The heat has gone out about 5 different times over this 2020-2021 winter (it’s been pretty cold) and on the first time I put in an urgent request twice from maintenance, no response. After I put in those request and received no response I called then messaged (she didn’t answer) the building manager Shena and her response was only a thumbs up to my text. This place is ran very unprofessionally

Nautilus property management is one of the
best, affordable leasing agencies I have run across Chicago in a VERY long time.. & the utilities are INCLUDED! I mean you can beat that by far.. There studios are very clean & very comfortable, 24hr security. I been here for almost for yrs & I most say it's very quiet not slot of riff raff.. The laundry mats are always open too so there's not curfew lol The one I live at is right off 67th & jeffery, a few blocks near the LAKE! & I love my view! Again you can't beat that. So these guys are here to help if you don't make alot of money & need something

Slumlord! My apartment got infested with bed bugs and they grilled me like I was on trial. Come to find out the top three floors have consistent issues with them. I've had roaches since move in, an issue with water running thru my lights, and a seriously backed up tub (where I return home and find my things thrown in a corner and stuffed behind the toilet). It's horrible

I just renewed my lease for year fourth time at Nautilus Property at 7220 S. Shore Drive Chicago, IL . I have been in Chicago 12 years and Nautilus Property has been the best place I have had the pleasure of calling home. From the maintenance staff to the property manager, all are a delight to work with. If you have an issue it is taken seriously and resolved as a top priority. The attention to detail and care at Nautilus Property simply cannot be matched!

Moved in the beginning of April this year( 2017) and apartment (6424 Kenwood)got broken into TWO weeks later. Had to be someone in the building or the next one over. The locks were not changed until three days later because it was the weekend. They have 24 hour maintenance but its useless if they are not going to come out and fix the problem. Especially when it comes to one's safety. However, the assistant is a nice older lady and the apartment was spacious. But, the manager is you will never get in contact with. Luckily I was able to break my lease. I paid a $300 move in fee and rent ($825) and
