From time to time, a condo association may evaluate their management company and consider whether or not they are getting appropriate value. Often, this is due to problems with the present management company's performance. Other times, board members determine that it would be worthwhile to explore other options in the marketplace.

At Enlan, we refer to our role as stewards. This means that since we are entrusted with the property and goodwill of the condo associations we manage, our job is to manage in the way we would want it managed if the property belonged to us. We believe that this distinguishes us in the industry. Stewardship does not mean that our company makes policy, or major capital spending decisions without a resolution from the board.

For many associations, "luxury management" is not a luxury - it is expectation of residents who purchased what were marketed as "luxury condominiums". The absence of luxury management may be a key factor in why many condo associations are significantly undervalued in the marketplace. As a property management company, we have the opportunity to serve associations that developers had marketed as "luxury".

Reached out to manage one of my properties but never received a response. extremely non responsive. terrible customer service, they dont answer the phone.
UPDATE: I reached out to have one of my husbands properties managed but didn’t get a response so we went forward with Thornton Properties who are swift to respond. And are you implying that i can not afford or own property? What are you getting at? You guys can’t even run a corporation correctly. Involving me, a random person into drama within your corporation. I’ve noticed this extremely rude allegation against me and my review. I was

I too cannot comprehend the negative reviews of this company. It is clearly a defamation technique against Enlan, especially since all the "bombing" happened to take place at exactly the same time. I am an original owner in Lakeside Tower and sat on the board for the first four years. The original management company was pathetic. We were blessed when we found Enlan to manage our building. My experience with Enlan, particular with Sandy, has been nothing but FIVE STAR! The company has been an integral part of the operations of our community. They are extremely professional and quick to accommodate

Not sure what the review bombing is for but I've never had a single issue with this management company. They've always taken care of me and my millions of questions and was always quick to resolve all of my concerns. Easy going staff that is great to get along with.
