I really like how the apartments are newly built but the rent is too much for quad city area! This is the rent I would pay for a townhome here. I am very annoyed of all the restrictions for pets, parking, storage and now quarterly inspections. I see the staff is trying to maintain the community but sometimes they are OVERDOING things!! I do not appreciate being told to make changes in my apartment. I have lived in better apartment complexes before and we had annual inspections, not 4 times a year.

We were one of the first people to move into this complex in June of 2020. Sure all the construction was a pain when we first moved in but we were always taken care of. Now that mostly everything is finished we are incredibly happy here! Jade, Hannah, and Josh are amazing. We just recently had issues with our AC, within an hour of contacting the office, Hannah was installing a portable AC unit on Saturday and our AC was back up and running Monday morning! The ladies are always quick to respond to any issues or questions. We adore them! We already renewed our lease another and will probably again

I've lived at The Reserve for 6 months now, and I've loved every minute of it. Jade, Hannah, and Josh are awesome - they're the team that runs the place. They're incredibly hard working, are always on top of things, and it's clear they care about all of their residents having the best living experience possible. Not only is the staff friendly, but I've made some really great friends with fellow residents in the short time I've lived here. The Reserve is also pet friendly, so every time you go outside for a walk, you're bound to run into a dog to play with. There is a community gym, outdoor pool

It's a very clean environment. We love our apartment and definitely plan to renew our lease. All of the appliances are new and work great. The staff is phenomenal. They do whatever they can to ensure you are happy and enjoying your time there.

Really enjoying my time here. Love everything about my apartment and certainly planning on continuing my lease for an additional year. All new appliances are excellent. AC and heating work very well and very fast. Couldn't really think of a complaint if I tried. Highly recommend.
