Love living here the staff is always professional and helpful. Tara is polite, friendly. When I see her she is always cleaning, working, or helping out around the building.

Positive: Professionalism
Le Claire staff is so friendly and warm! They take the time to get to know you and make you feel welcome. They also keep the place in very clean and well maintained condition. :)

Great place!
Lived there for about 2 years and enjoyed living here!
1. Loved that they kept the historical parts of the building, but made it modern.
2. Enjoyed every bit of the gym!
3. Great staff totally to and work with.
4. The location is a pro and a con. Definitely loved being in the downtown area, but the noise was loud.
I would recommend to anyone to check it out!

I’d like to state that this is a great place to live, the manager and her team are great they all know me and my pet by name and say hi to us frequently. The apartments are well maintained but I personally had an issue with a job order with my apartment, I’ll come back to that in a moment. The building is nice and it had many amenities including a work out room and tanning bed, it’s also located within walking distance to quite a few bars if your into that sort of thing. Now for the bad, there is paid parking spots indoor and outdoor, which is great until you find out the management does

Update they put $7900 of my credit report! I never ran up any bills I simply moved when they didnt keep up there part of the lease. Its illegal to have 3 tenants paying in fees and rent for same unit all during the same time, 11 days after I moved out, when the new tenants took possession of the penthouse they had it rented. How is it logical I am still on the hook for rent? They moved out weeks later for the same reasons I did! Its illegal what this company is doing.
*Attention*Update I moved out 11/11/17 New Tenants moved in 11/22/17 by 1/10/18-its empty again, thats $6400 fees + whatever they

LOVED LIVING HERE!!! The management staff is amazing! Haley, Lula, and Daniel are all rockstars in my book. One of the saddest things about having to relocate for work was having to leave this place and these people. The building is unique and filled with character, even when issues would arise the staff literally did everything they could to make you feel comfortable and informed. Would have lived here forever!!!! Great location and it really is a place that makes you feel at home!

Overall, this is perhaps the nicest place I have ever lived. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the workout area and the business center are wonderful. The building is close to my job and to downtown. I am extremely happy with my decision to live here. In fairness, I think I pay about $100 too much for a two-bedroom compared to the going market rate, hence the four out of five stars; however, I think that on balance the apartments are wonderful.

Absolutely nothing about this place is good and the new owners have just made this place worse. If you like getting treated poorly and with no respect them by all means come pay this ridiculous high rent.
