The Moline Enterprise Lofts is a four story, mixed-use, mixed income development specifically designed to serve the city's downtown work-force as a "live-near-work" development. Gorman & Company, in partnership with Renew Moline, will be working closely with Moline's largest employers to understand their workforce housing needs.

The idea, in part, will be to offer the Moline Enterprise Lofts as an asset to companies in their efforts to recruit and retain employees. In addition, some of the unit designs, and most of the common amenities, are designed to allow entrepreneurial people to further their work and small business.

The appliance maintenance here is poor, have to complain to the site mgr several times. The section 8 housing is maintained better than the people that are paying their way.

A really nice and cozy place to live very friendly staff. I just wish they would upgrade the workout room please do that. Other than that the lofts are beautiful and have washer, dryer and dishwasher. Who could ask for anything more and the building is quite.

Helpful staff. Apartments look good. Hallway lighting seems very dim to me.

Can't get ahold of the office no one answers. I'm a potential customer and the day I wanted to look at units they were in meetings all day... So 8 hour meeting? It takes 15 mins to show me a room. Apparently they don't want my money ha. And they charge you more if you have a full time student in school or college. Rip off.

Had trouble getting ahold of office staff. Income restricted rates. If income is less than 27k, a one bedroom is $677, if greater than 27k, the "market rate" is $950.
