Chateau Knoll has been an excellent place to live. I have been impressed with my apartment, the quietness of my building, my neighbors, the response time of the maintenance department, and Property Manager and his staff. I have renewed my lease for another year solely because I do not believe I could find a better place to live in the Quad Cities.

Chateau Knoll Apartments is a great community to be part of. Both maintenance and management provide quality support promptly. The rent is very reasonable too; I've lived in several other apartments and this one offers a lot for what you pay, especially when considering the spacious units. Being situated in the Quad Cities is a plus as well because there are a lot of fun things to do and places to visit.

Giving a 3 for the reason we just moved in 3.5 weeks ago and we have spiders everyday, we do not handle spiders well at all! they have been in every room the apartment was treated right after we moved in and then had them come back again but it has not helped the spider problem at all, we are really freaked out, hard to sleep and relax when we are afraid of one getting on us its that bad!

Chateau Knoll was an awesome place to live! I lived there from 2018 to 2021. The staff was super friendly and always able to answer any questions I had. The maintenance crew was super reliable and pretty much always fixed my requests the same day or the day after it was submitted. The apartments are super clean and some are even more modern with new cabinets and countertops. They just recently had new windows installed in all the apartments, and Chateau Knoll didn't raise my rent after that which was super nice! Chateau Knoll is the best place I have ever lived. The maintenance and office staff is always prompt and friendly. The complex has done a lot of updates to the grounds and buildings. Beautiful landscaping, newly paved lots and new windows in the apartments. Scheduled preventative pest control. Pet friendly and pick to bags stationed throughout the property. Two pools, tennis court, fitness center, computer room/ business center and laundry room!

I have lived here for one year now and just signed on for a second year. My wife and I have been very satisfied with our experience thus far. Maintenance has been great with requests. The leasing office is overall good with responses as well. No place is perfect to be sure - it seems the amount of buildings can sometimes be a bit difficult to manage at times. That in mind, Chateau Knoll is a great place to live. The location is absolutely fantastic too!
