(THIS CAN BE USED AS A 2 BEDROOM) The monthly rent is $650 and the security deposit is the same as rent. McDonnell Property Management LLC has a VERY spacious 1 bedroom; 1 bath apartment for $825 a month, the security deposit is the same as rent.

Mislead me into thinking I could get the place till I paid 45$ in fees for my applications just to be told I didn't qualify even tho she said I did and thats why I perused the place anyway. Not to mention they took 2days extra to do my back ground when I told them i was on a time restraint and paid for the 24hr back ground checks.

Not only are a great property Management company to rent from they are good people.This is my second place from them due to living at one of their properties that got sold so we had to relocate and I went back to them. I'm thankful for them giving us another place to to call home. Morgan is Amazing she kept us updated on everything she is very professional and very knowledgeable.

I've rented from this company because they were the about the ONLY company in the Quad cities that didn't charge an application fee.. However, over time they've shown me their true colors within their staff and professional handling of situations... I recently had water from a failed sump pump of theirs back up water into my unit and along with falsely claiming the pump was replaced I was not even reassured by the staff that it wouldn't happen again. Prior to that, I was residing in a unit with my ex and her children that had obvious mold growing downstairs that these people took their sweet time

Big shout out to McDonnell for their professionalism. Their "CSR/management" team have treated me as a contractor very kind. No matter the issue they are always very responsive when it comes to effectively solving issues, to make things go smooth and efficiently. whether its simply unlocking a door or sending a crew out to accommodate me, they always come through. Matt, Courtney and all the current staff at McDonnell PM are totally awesome to rent from. If there is a concern, they address it in a timely manner. After hours maintenance emergencies are handled as quickly as possible. Rent is below market rate in most cases. Matt and Courtney are the best landlords that I have ever rented from, and I HIGHLY recommend them.
