I have been overweight my entire life and I have gained and lost major weight at least twice plus having weight loss surgery. I have also been to every kind of gym known to man. After a high A1C blood sugar test and the threat of being put on blood pressure meds, it was time to take care of me. I found Renew Fitness on Facebook one day, and I wanted to see what they had to offer. I went and had a consult and worked out with both Dan and Dennis and knew I had found where I needed to be. The atmosphere at Renew Fitness is amazing, very positive, welcoming, and most importantly, non judgmental. Everyone
