Our customized BEAT Fitness training features Olympic lifting, isolated resistance training, high-intensity interval training, and Box 'N Burn. Our facility features multiple lifting stations and open areas to train freely.

Marianne Bemister is the Founder, Owner, and Head Trainer at BEAT Fitness. She first opened her doors towards the end of 2017 and was driven to do so through her love of fitness and helping others achieve their goals. Marianne's life has revolved around fitness since the young age of 9.
She participated in gymnastics at that age and always remembered her coaches saying, "in order to be a good athlete, you have to be fit, you have to be strong, you have to be mobile in order to prevent injury."Those words stuck with her and she started training outside of the gym, lifting weights with her father in order to stay in peak condition and become the best athlete she could.

Time to burn off that fat and build more muscle with BEAT Burn! This is a high-intensity workout that combines a multitude of movements to challenge your body and burn fat. The workout consists of 8 different stations with two challenging movements at each station. You will be partnered up and perform each movement twice.
This class is a great combination of lifting and calorie burning with an emphasis on technique and form. Each athlete will be brought through a warm-up of the muscle group being worked on that class. Half of the class will be focused on Olympic lifting, isolated lifts, and body weight resistance training.
