I appreciate that they tried but the next load of laundry that I put in the dryer came out with a lot of lint on it. There was also a lot of lint back in the door area and hanging out the bottom of this area. I don't know if there is a solution. The dryer definitely needs a new lint catcher and sealing around where it fits in the dryer.

I should pay my rent half. I can’t use my living room because of my next unit. They use it. I can’t stay in MY living room because of their noise. They listen bass music or they watch tv in extremely high volume. I can’t work, I can’t read book, I can’t do anything in MY house that I pay rent. I never seen these type of people in my life. I will never renew my lease because you don’t solve my problem.

I have lived here for almost 7 yrs. I'm very disappointed with what's going on. I understand that they are understaffed but my washer/dryer has not been working since Saturday. The washer died before going to rinse and spin. Pulled all my clothes out like the office told me. Half of my clothes are ruined. I have water still in the washer that looks black. I need this fixed and I'm about over this place. I have called several times and it's hopefully they can get to it tomorrow. That was Saturday, Monday and today's conversation

Love the complex and staff here. When we started looking for a place to live we met Sean Stavely he was very helpful and made us feel at home he has a wonderful personality and attitude any questions we had he was able to answer and help us with it sold us on wanting to live here. All of our management team are outstanding and couldn't ask for a better place to live.

Awesome Experience!♡ We are so blessed to call 79 West our home. From the sweet sunsets and amenities to the amazing staff we are more than impressed. Updates are being worked on daily, the grounds are kept nicely and the location is perfect.It is like being on vacation all the time!♡ Big thanks to everyone for all of the hard work to keep our community pretty and clean!😘
