Services
One of the most extraordinary experiences at 10X Living at Breakfast Point is our staff. The team provides the highest level of customer service and quality assurance for our residents. Our staff goes above and beyond to help with the most pressing matters. No matter the question, we're here to help.
We offer lease terms from 7 months to 15 months. Any lease term that is shorter than 12 months has a short-term lease fee of just an additional $100.00 each month. Rent is due on the 1st of each month with a reasonable grace period of 3 days before late fees apply. The preferred method to pay your rent is through your online resident account with Domuso.

This place is amazing! I'm moving to the beach soon and wanted to check out options. I love how spacious the apartments are and the screened balcony. I felt right at home as soon as I walked in the office. The ladies there are very upbeat and knowledgeable. Even though I wasn't moving right away, they gave me an excellent property tour (the Summer Kitchen is a must see). I even met a resident who had been there for a while and couldn't say enough good things. I really think I may have found my next home.

Delicious. We enjoyed drinks first at the bar. Enjoyed a side salad and caprasi salad with delicious rolls. Had the pasta with shrimp and scallops and the grilled salmon. Finished with a tiramisu. Too full for coffees and home for just under $100 before a tip. Great service for our anniversary dinner!

Along with everyone else in Panama City and Panama City Beach, this apartment complex has raised its prices to make money off of the people that are displaced from the hurricane. 2 Years ago my friend lived here and had a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment and was paying about $1000 a month (on the first floor). Currently I am here (due to the hurricane) and… I have a 1 bed 1 bath apartment and its now $1900 a month (second floor). I would like to note this apartment was not remodeled and has the same features my friend had and has several imperfections like cracks in the doors, holes in walls, dingy

Nice clean neighborhood. All staff members are very nice. Only issue I have is some of the appliances and carpets need updating but I believe they have begun the process of putting in new ones in some of the apartments. Pool and gym are great amenities and gas grill installed by the pool last year is very nice to have access to.

Ashley at breakfast point has been the best complex I've lived in. They have done everything they can to meet my needs since day one. Office staff is amazing so is maintenance crew! Work orders get completed very quickly and correctly. Very nice community. Would highly recommend this place! I love calling it my home.

The good:
My interactions with the staff have all been great. The maintenance department have been on point when I have entered a service request, and everyone is pleasant and helpful. The place feels safe and… secure. The on-site dog park and multitude of dog cleanup stations are a nice amenity. The valet trash service is nice. The pool is well maintained and clean. The grounds are well-maintained, and kept orderly.
The bad:
The apartments are billed as “luxury apartments”. There’s nothing luxurious about the old, bottom-of-the-barrel appliances or the non-existent sound

After getting our appartment inspected after we moved out by Ted..Who my fiance and i specifically told the office not to come to our place, because he let himself in after one knock and no phone call at 9:00pm...they charged us an outrageous amount because our appartment had minor things wrong "says ted". We were told they have pictures but refuse to let us see them...i know for a FACT out appartment looked the same if not better when we left...Not to mention there were two shootings in the complex with in the year we lived there!

As a past resident, I was pleased initially with the safety and security I found at Ashley at Breakfast Point. As a young, single female, I wanted a complex where I felt safe living alone. I chose Ashley at Breakfast Point first and foremost because of it being a "gated community". I also was sold due to how clean the community was, how pleasant… the office staff always were, and how quiet the community seemed to be. After living at A@BP for over a year, I am sad to say that things changed and got worse over time. In the 15 months I was a resident, I can count on one hand the amount of times

We have lived at the Ashley for almost 4 years now, and we love it !! it really is like coming home everyday !!! I have had the opportunity and privilege to serve as one of the courtesy officers for the last + 3 years !... and have had the opportunity to meet most tenants and they are the best people on the Beach !!! We get very few Security… calls , and the Maintance Crew are the best - always easy to get ahold of and very attentive !!...and the whole Staff are very friendly and professional, ...but yet still like family !!! ....and of course we are very Pet friendly !!!....lol, but be

Really liked it when I first moved in even though communications within the office were non existent and made the move in process more challenging than it needed to be.
Has gotten less tolerable as time progresses... We are locked into a garbage service that does not run seven days a week and there is a limited window (6p-8p) to put garbage in… containers. Last Sunday my wife and I went to dinner and a movie and placed garbage out around 5:40pm (20 minutes early) as we headed out.
Received letter stating that garbage was found in container early and one of complex employees emptied it..

Ashley at Breakfast Point has been a real pleasure. The community itself is beautifully kept and spacious. I live in a one bedroom apartment which is very large, includes high ceilings, and updated appliances with lots of counter space. The maintenance team is very quick and efficient. The surrounding area is perfect, providing easy access to local stores. The community is located approximately less than 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Panama City. I really enjoy living at Ashley at Breakfast Point!

I can't possibly recommend this place enough. The apartments are very nice and spacious with open floor plans, good size kitchens, laundry rooms and large tubs, and the screened in patio with storage space outside is awesome. The maintenance staff is quick, friendly, and always looking to help, for instance, I saw one on a golf cart the other day take the trash from a resident who was walking to the compactor just to save them the walking distance (There is also an "at-your-door" trash valet service available). The office staff is also awesome, and was willing to work with us a little to help us
