I live at cabana west for 2 years and recently moved out over 2 months now and Anna refuse to give me back the remaining balance of my deposit I called send email etc and everything goes unanswered The house was in very good condition I send pictures and videos to my lawyer when moving out just for protection. when moving out Anna refuse to do a walk through with me telling me it’s just she alone she’s under staff I just want someone to reach out to me In regard my deposit I am waiting over 2 months now .. the place was okay to live but the staff at the office was very rude and disrespectful

Stay away from these people. You dont get value for your money its like you live on a construction site.,something is always broken. No one in the office to answer your calls and i moved out and its now 28 days and still no deposit back telling me bout office in california. Live in your car or truck do not live here.,by far the worst in panama city beach

The filthiest place that I've lived... AC not working in the boiling hot summer... The old white lady at the office is horrible, I think her name is Hanna... Poor customer service... She doesn't care... Definitely not a people person or she's just prejudiced. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Maintenance sucks, not to mention how infested the units are with roaches.

I have lived at Cabana West for almost a year now. My experiences have been nothing different to the negative reviews on here.
The apartments themselves are nice if you’re lucky enough to get one with less than ten things broken in the unit. Other than that, I really have nothing else good to say.
At LEAST once a week, trash bags and garbage will be piled up on the ramp where the dumpster is. Trash in general is thrown wherever desired, whether it be the elevators, the stairways, etc. Nobody was taught how to clean up after themselves here and management doesn’t seem to be too concerned with

We have been tenets here for almost a year. The grounds are filthy and unkempt. Trash is always everywhere. Twice our air has gone out (in Florida, in the summer) and they are in no immediate hurry to fix it….even with their “48 hour emergency maintenance promise”. We are currently going on 8 days in AUGUST with no air!!! The office avoids phone calls and does not respond to emails. The first apartment they offered was in such disrepair that we turned down the lease. We should have seen it as a sign and left! The pool light was hanging out floating for a good month. The gates have only worked

I wish I could literally give no stars. This place is awful! We broke lease because we had an issue with rats and mold when we had a newborn baby at home. We called on all the issues and never heard back. Our dryer never dried clothes and our refrigerator leaked water as well as no ice. We threw out so much food from it completely defrosting and freezing again. When we moved in, the place was so filthy and we had to scrub it. There was no A/C so I was pregnant and overheating because it was so hot and humid. We were told upon leaving they needed to do a walk through then update the portal for us

Jasmine, Ana, and Shelly in the front office have been absolutely amazing during my moving in process. They have been nothing but helpful and personable. They have made this process so easy and made me super comfortable. So along with the beautiful apartment and amenities you have wonderful welcoming faces to help you out with whatever you need. Very happy with my decision to move into Cabana West!
