Unprofessional management staff. I've been living here for few years and this current new management is the worst. Before, I've never had an issue with previous management. Amenities are almost never available, not accessible. Work hours on the web site never matches with the actual hours when office is open. The only way to get in the gym now is through the main office door. But the office door is closed at most times and there is staff inside and they don't respond to your door knock or phone call. That is ok to do bussiness by appointments only but amenities should be open and accessible for

This is the worst place to live. They are nice when you move in but after living my apartment for over 5 years same apartment and same nasty carpet that I had when I moved in was in there when I move out and now they have placed the carpet on my credit report as if I should responsible. Anybody in their right mind knows after 5 years carpet in anyone house would need to be changed especially white carpet. Don’t let them bait you in.

They charged my check card $85 app fee plus $350 towards deposit but then they cancelled my application due to "Failure to provide paperwork" even though I submitted it, but later was told it had to be in PDF form & I have no way of converting jpg to pdf. They never, ever answer their phone to make or change an appt for those of us who actually work and have a busy schedule. Can't knock on their office door, either! They have signs up that says Do Not Knock: Appts Only". What kind of gimmick is this???

We have gone through a runaround with this process. They couldn’t verify something of ours, and so we gave up and cancelled the app. We then changed our mind and tried to have the money applied back to the app fee. The manager said she would look into it. We never got a call back. So, I started calling them and getting their answering service. I asked them to call me back. I still haven’t gotten a call back. This has been going on for a few months now. I called and finally got someone today at the office, and they couldn’t do anything. I had to call the people who actually process the information

I haven't had too many problems now that somebody has no longer been in the office. I really feel like Jennifer and Michelle are trying to do their best. I also love the fact that we have two pools.. I do know that the gate needs to be fixed we need to start using it every day and night I feel like it should never be open. Or at least keep it open during the day and closed at night.
