Been trying to schedule S/A and mental health assessments with M. Jane “Janie” Lewis-Zygiel since April 9th. It is now 5/17 and all I have learned is yes they can do them both back to back and they do not work weekends. I sent an email asking what her hours during the week are on 5/11. Have yet to get a response. Get no sense of urgency from her let alone care. One would think they would like to make money but I guess not. I will be contacting them for a refund of a Theft Intervention class I scheduled. I would call them but I currently only have email capabilities at the moment.
